This is my new favorite hotel in Dallas. Everything about the hotel is 5 star! The service is amazing. The folks at the front desk make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. I recommend getting a suite if possible. The art exhibitions makes staying at this hotel worth the price. The food from the restaurant was also very tasty and decently priced. Rooftop pool stays heated so you don't need to worry about it being cold outside.Full sized gym too with plenty of equipment. I loved everything about this hotel and wish I could stay longer.

I am often teased about my high standards for hotels but let me tell you how HALL Arts Hotel Dallas exceeded my expectations! I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service here! The rooms are modern and clean. I love the art work throughout the hotel! The sweet candies on the bed are a nice touch as well. They also offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. From the valet to the front desk to the bar to the cleaning staff everything was amazing! I look forward to staying here again.

I would give 10 stars if I could.Hall Arts hosted our wedding in October and made our day absolutely incredible. Emily, the event coordinator, answered every possible question and made things run smoothly through the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend Hall Arts if you are looking to book a wedding or event. In addition, the hotel staff, restaurant, and rooms are incredible. The hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures show. 5/5!

What an amazing hotel and service. We stayed for 3 days over the New Year's Eve weekend. First off, this hotel has the nicest gym I have ever seen, hands down!! The pool on the roof was so warm and my boys loved it. It was just shy of a hot tub and felt amazing in the cold weather. Brunch was great, a little steep, but the environment made it worth while with live music. Guest car was nice, and when not available they even got my family and I an Uber to a nearby restaurant. The room is so thought out and so many courtesy things like slippers and robes. The bathroom has an auto floor light that comes automatically at night time providing just enough light to see. If I had one complaint, the room was a little small for a family of four, just finding room to place our suitcases. For a couple with a king bed instead of two beds, this place is a solid ten. I hardly ever give tens out! Thank you to all the staff! 5-Star hotel without a doubt.

Exceptional Stay at HALL Arts Hotel Dallas - 5 Stars!I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HALL Arts Hotel Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I am delighted to share that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. As a Diamond Hilton member, I have had the opportunity to stay in various Hilton properties, and this one truly stood out.Upon our arrival after a long drive from San Antonio, Texas, we were fortunate to encounter Angel at the front desk. His warm hospitality and efficiency allowed us to enjoy an early check-in, providing my wife and me with the opportunity to freshen up and relax before heading to a scheduled tattoo appointment. Angel's attentiveness and the seamless check-in process set a positive tone for our entire stay. The entire staff at the hotel exhibited kindness and a genuine willingness to assist throughout our visit. The valet team, in particular, deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. The valet attendants were not only prompt and courteous but went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. One notable aspect of the HALL Arts Hotel is the stunning artwork that graces its interior. The carefully curated pieces are not only well done but add a touch of beauty and sophistication to the entire atmosphere. Exploring the hotel felt like a journey through an art gallery, enhancing our overall enjoyment. As the evening unfolded, we had the opportunity to explore the local area and returned to the hotel around midnight. To our surprise and delight, the valet team had taken the initiative to charge our Tesla without us having to request it. This thoughtful gesture saved us valuable time that morning, allowing us to wake up to a fully charged car for our journey back to San Antonio. It was a level of service that truly exceeded our expectations. In conclusion, our stay at HALL Arts Hotel Dallas was marked by exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful gestures that made our experience memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a well-deserved 5-star rating and extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our stay truly exceptional. We look forward to returning in the future.

I want to give a special shout-out to Emily, whose attention to detail ensured that my wedding day was absolutely perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I also appreciate the exceptional service provided by McKinley, Murad, and Angel, who made me feel like a true celebrity. Hall Arts Hotel, you made my wedding dreams come true, and I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful memories!

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. My room was very clean. The service ALL of the staff provided exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so friendly, I mean everyone. The hotel lives up to its name “Halls Art”, lots of art in the halls. So you’ll be able to take pictures inside of the hotel before your night out. They also have a restaurant upstairs which is a plus. I enjoyed my lunch and champagne. It’s in a great location. I will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay. One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. The service from every employee we encountered was out of this world and the room was spacious and comfy. Room service for brunch was quick and delicious. We also an attended a friends wedding reception in their banquet room and it was great as well. Everything looks beautiful and the art is a fun and unique touch. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Hands down one of the best, if not the best hotels we have stayed at! Lives up to the 5 star rating. We stayed for our anniversary and they had fruit and chocolate waiting for us in the room. They offer a town car to take you short distances in Dallas and it worked perfectly for our dinner reservation. Everyone is so kind and overly accommodating. The best part in my opinion, is the rooms are the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. I feel like I was able to fully relax and enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Great service, friendly staff. You feel that lots of thinking was done and implemented to make staying here special and comfortable. Love discovering candles in my room at night and the moon pie on my pillow. There is complementary coffee in the morning and infused water in the afternoon.

I have to give this hotel a 5 star rating for the most amazing experience and everyone was amazing the entire time. I only have one issue with my stay. I went to see a comedy show at American Airlines Theater and when I called for pick-up it took 4 phone calls and standing outside for 55 minutes to finally get picked up. The reason I am still giving them a 5 star review is because everything else during my stay exceeded all expectations. This is a free service they give and I can't really be mad. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for an upscale amazing experience

FAQs about Dallas boutique hotels

What is the typical price range for boutique hotels in Dallas?

Boutique hotels in Dallas offer a range of pricing options, typically from around $150 to $400 per night. The cost can vary significantly based on the hotel’s location, style, and the range of amenities offered. Boutique hotels in upscale areas like Uptown or the Dallas Arts District tend to be pricier, particularly those offering luxury services or amenities. However, more budget-friendly boutique options are available, especially if you consider staying in emerging neighborhoods, which still provide the unique charm and personalized service boutique hotels are known for.

When is the best time to visit Dallas for a boutique hotel stay?

The best time to visit Dallas for a boutique hotel experience is during the fall (September to November) and spring (March to May). These months offer pleasant weather, ideal for exploring the city’s attractions and enjoying its outdoor spaces. Summers in Dallas are hot and can be less comfortable for outdoor activities. Visiting in the shoulder seasons also means you can avoid the peak tourist crowds of summer and potentially find better rates at boutique hotels.

Are boutique hotels in Dallas affordable during major events and festivals?

During major Dallas events and festivals, like the State Fair of Texas or big sports games, prices for boutique hotels can increase. However, with advance planning, affordable options are still available. Booking early is key to securing better rates. Also, consider looking for hotels in areas a bit removed from the main event locations, as they often offer more competitive pricing. Some boutique hotels may also provide special packages or promotions during these peak periods, which could include additional amenities or discounts for longer stays, adding value to your stay during these exciting times in the city.
