Great hotel in the gulch. Truly excellent service and fair prices. They have one of the best bars in THE CITY on their roof. "L.A. Jackson is worth the stay alone. If you live seafood and chefs that really push the envelope then Marsh house may be the only place you eat during your trip. Their brunch remains one of the absolute best in Nashville. Overall I recomend staying here on your vacations and visits. In Nashville you get what you pay for and The Thompson is worth every penny. Not to mention the odds of bumping sleeves with A and B listers late night on the rooftop. Make this your hotel of choice when in the city...if you can get in.

We met up with family that came to visit Nashville and was staying at the hotel. The rooftop is amazing. The views are great, the food was good, and the drinks were super delicious. The service was also outstanding. We didn’t get to see their room, but they said it was lovely. The rest of the hotel is beautiful so I have no doubt it’s great.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. We had a street view, and it was still very quiet at night. The rooftop bar is amazing but does get pretty packed. All the employees we interacted with have been super helpful and nice.

Great hotel and great front office check-in team. Clean, great service, fun decor, awesome location and walkable to great food options. Literally had to run in and book two rooms on a whim for one night right at check-in time to shower and go to an event and stay over one night and leave early the next morning. I wished I would have had one more night at this location because it was so great to eat on-site and enjoy it more. Definitely am interested in returning to this property again in the future.

We stayed at the Bobby last week. We have the room for 3 nights at $1200.00 per night. We were told the room would be ready at 4. We checked back at the front desk at 4:30 and the two at the desk said the room was just now ready but they were talking to each other without even looking the computer. When we got in the room, the bar counter was not clean. We said we wanted to cancel the other two nights as the customer service was terrible. That night we called to order room service and they said no room service tonight. They could have told us upon checking. They could use a little training on their customer service. Not happy with this hotel. Best part was the valet guy.

Love this hotel!! Mostly because it’s dog friendly and guests seem to be encouraged to bring their dogs. It also has a ton of personality, great food options nearby, convenient in-room purchase options, and toiletries that smell great. You don’t hear all the building noises here as much either.

We were extremely excited to stay at The Bobby for a girl's weekend celebrating a birthday. I booked a junior suite and a regular room. Upon arrival to the hotel, no one helped us get our luggage inside. When we got to check-in, we were told that due to a mechanical issue, our suite was no longer available. Note, I called the hotel every morning, including our check-in day, asking about early check-in. Not once was I notified of any issues with our suite. The hotel staff was extremely rude, and while they did give us a discounted rate for a regular room, the way it was handled was not customer-centric. I travel weekly for work and have received better front desk service from a Hampton Inn. Room service was not available, no one told us. It is one week after our stay and I have not received a copy of our hotel folio - again after calling the hotel and requesting each day since we checked out.Beware - you may not get what you pay for at this hotel. With so many other options in Nashville, we will not be booking at The Bobby again.l

Super cool hotel right off Printer's Alley. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The decor infuses your stay with more of the Nashville experience. Rooms are clean and stocked with beverages and snacks. The inside of the hotel is refreshingly quiet, but be aware that if you book a balcony, you might hear ambulances passing or drunken Bachelorette parties singing karaoke on their neighboring balcony. Overall, it's a great place to stay!

Great location. The bar rooftop was really cool. I actually proposed to my girlfriend after the bar was closed and it was just the 2 of us upstairs. 5 min walk from the action on Broadway and the rooms were very spacious!
