This place is so peaceful and the hospitality it unparalleled. Julie and Ludger do everything they can to make you feel like family. The location is right on the river with gorgeous sunset views in every direction. Animals roam the property, chickens bunnies dogs cats and even a peacock! Would come here every summer if I could.

My partner and I had the most enchanting stay at Warm Springs Inn. From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were welcomed with open arms and genuine warmth that made us feel like a part of their extended family.Ludger and Julie's hospitality was truly unparalleled. Their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures created an atmosphere that was both comforting and inviting. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. Prepared by Ludger himself, each breakfast was a masterpiece that combined fresh, locally sourced ingredients with culinary expertise. What truly set this Inn apart was the hosts themselves. Ludger and Julie were the epitome of warmth and hospitality. Their genuine interest in their guests' well-being was evident in every interaction, making us feel like we were catching up with old friends rather than staying at a lodging. We had the pleasure of spending the 4th of July with them, and had a lovely dinner on the river! Their local recommendations were spot-on, helping us explore the area's hidden gems and experience the essence of Washington. If you're seeking a place of comfort, beautiful views, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Washington, this Inn is not just a place to stay, but an experience that will leave you with incredible memories!

The perfect destination for a quiet, romantic getaway! My fiancé and I came to Warm Springs Inn & Winery for Valentines day, and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The inn and grounds are beyond lovely. We practically had to tear ourselves away from the hot tub overlooking the beautiful snowy banks of the Wenatchee River. Our room was very comfortable, and adorably decorated. We enjoyed chatting with Julie & Ludger over wine tasting, and Ludger puts on a stellar breakfast, even preparing a perfectly delicious vegan meal for me! Our visit was full of warmth, welcome, and relaxation. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We spent a night in this amazing bed and breakfast. We were greeted at the door with a smile and stories. We were give any and every info for things to do close by or to just stay in. We did a little of both. We spent our day in leavenworth then the rest of the night at the inn. Our hosts greet us and asked us how our night was and how they could make it better with their own wine and hot tub. We woke up to fresh brewed coffee and the most amazing breakfast which was esthetically please and delicious. I can't wait to return.

We stay here often, at all times of the year. The last stay was frigid (during the MLK Freeze of 2024) but the staff was cheerful and helpful as always! La Conner is a great place to hang out, everything is within walking distance!!

Great location and the room/breakfast will make you think this is a 3+ star hotel. The service for breakfast was amazing - the team working the breakfast was so hard working. The staff at the front desk though was not polite at all.My family stayed for whole week and not once did anyone at the front desk say a greeting (good morning, hello, good evening). NOTHING. Very surprising but if you don't the lack of warmness - the hotel is a good for location, cleanliness and breakfast staff. We saw porpoise, seals, bald eagles all from our balcony overlooking the channel.

I love that you can open your windows to let the cool breeze in. A view of the water boats, and Indian Reservation is fantastic. The room was cozy with wood windows and regular blinds and felt like home. Super comfortable with nice breakfast and outdoor tables and chairs. The coffee was excellent. Very relaxing. Enjoyed shops, bookstore and eateries. We want to come back!

We absolutely fell in love with the Channel Lodge, the room was super clean and comfortable, not to mention being beautiful. A small balcony looks out over the channel with all the boats and sail boats and the Rainbow Bridge, which was gorgeous in the sunrise. It is close to shopping (be sure and check out all the streets, not just the main street.) Our grown daughter was with us, and she had a separate bedroom with her own bathroom and shower, and it worked out perfectly! There is a large area to sit outside by the channel, and there was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, with a really pretty balcony surrounded by flowers to sit on to eat it. I would recommend this to anyone, and we do plan on returning!
