Biloxi is the kind of place where beach days blend into seafood dinners without much effort. Set along Mississippi’s Gulf Coast, it mixes quiet stretches of sand, old fishing boats, and just enough buzz from the casinos to keep things interesting. And if you want to spend a day or two, they have great options for hotels with private hot tubs.
Attractions Worth Checking Out
Biloxi is more than just its coast—it also has great attractions in the heart of the city for couples and families alike. Biloxi Lighthouse gives you a clear view of the water and shoreline once you climb to the top. The Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum is worth a slow walk too, especially if you want to understand the city’s deep fishing roots. For something a bit quieter, Beauvoir Home, the Jefferson Davis home, gives you a glimpse of life along the coast in the 1800s.
Where to Eat and Drink
As a coastal city, many of its restaurants offer fresh catches. Mary Mahoney’s is the go-to for a quiet romantic dinner and fresh Gulf seafood, dim lighting, and lots of local history. The Reef is more laid-back and right by the beach, perfect for burgers, fried shrimp, and watching the waves. On a tighter budget? Taranto’s Crawfish has all the flavor of the bayou in their seafood platters.

There are certain places in this world that are a experience, and there are many and for many reasons. Whether this is the Arc de Triomphe in Paris or the White House in Washington or even a professional football stadium, just being present at the area is something unforgettable.
I submit the Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi, Ms. is an example of experience of place. Real estate, environment, style, facilities and guest experience all define this. There are casinos on the Mississippi Gulf Coast just like their are gas stations and hardware store but they are not a definition of an experience. Beau Rivage is. 🗼
I'm stating this in context to the reason that I came to this powerful location. MLB Baseball and sports betting.
Similar to property itself quality experience. Sports area itself is an Independent entity right off the main gaming floor with plenty of depth, screens and kiosks and live betting clearly to serve the clientele.
The only questionable experience I had which I'm deducting stars is the bartender asked me "if you're betting." before taking my basic order of white Russian.I was in fact betting on the MGM App which is functional and well designed however, doesn't always link to Bluetooth reqirement as fast as bets are entered on the betslip. Technology isn't perfect I get that.
Back to the inquiring bartender, I question the ⁉️ and later he said that he was busy.
I'm not sure this was/is the right direction because it wasn't that busy. 🏈
So let's move on Id definitely put Beau Rivage and Casino as on the list of positive experience and a real experience to be experienced.
Think this is correct grammatical structure, I'm awaiting my game to start in an awesome place to be.
Great views of Gulf Coast from parking garage.
The food on the other hand was nothing to write home about. First night we ate at the new restaurant Salt and Ivy. The food was just okay. The breakfast buffet was good but the dinner buffet was very disappointing. Overcooked food and really no taste. Would not eat the dinner buffet again.
The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating to our family of 5 including a child with Autism.
The rooms were cleaned every day at the same time and were spotless each time they were cleaned.
The hotel is located right on the gulf and getting to the beach only takes a minute or two. There was plenty of space on the beach for our family, but our little ones still found some friends to pay with.
The only negative was our timing of the trip. We were there in July, and the water was very warm, almost uncomfortable. That included the gulf and the hotel pool. This is not a knock on the hotel, but only a note to remind the potential travelers that the Mississippi coach gets really warm in the summer.
The food, room service and late night hub works out really well.
Oh my Lord, the breakfast is to die for,!!! Hot buffet that never runs out. The staff is very attractive and friendly. They take pride in serving the guests. My husband and I admired the great service!!!
Breakfast!!! Wow! I want some right now LoL
