Enjoyed my stay here ☺️ Everything was clean and welcoming 👍 The staff was very pleasant and ready to assist 😊 The location is accessible to all amenities food, shopping, and dining. I will be returning if I so happen to visit the area again. Everything was EXCELLENT 👍👍
Nice hotel, quiet and clean! Well appointed rooms for long term or short term stays. Conveniently close to the pod of taco trucks down the hill (so good!!!) or Penny's Diner or Burger Theory or a number of places down the hill and across at the mall. Not far from the airport either.
Heriberto(Eddie) provided excellent customer service, from right at the beginning answering the phone professionally with a positive helpful voice that showed he cared about the customer on the other end he was very knowledgeable he answered every single question quickly respectfully and fluently. We are here on business needed to extend our stay and we called a couple hotels to see who had availability, we immediately came back to Eddie because of his customer service he provided over the phone. What a huge asset he is to the Holiday Inn team thank you for being a huge blessing to us. Honorable Hughes and family
This is a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms, quiet yet with enough amenities you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to and would rather just relax by the pool! Located near a great cluster of eateries both fast foods and sit-down and almost every type of cuisine. The hotel staff is all very polite and friendly but we have to give a real compliment and thank you to Jacob at front desk for all his extra help with directions, suggestions and just making our stay perfect. Thank you Jacob. We stayed three nights but even if you are passing through and just need one night you should stop here. It’s a really nice hotel.
I spent two weeks here for work and was amazed at the service received! The staff went above and beyond to assist me and my colleague in all we needed in our conference rooms. Thank you to Julian, Lucia, Jacob, Iris, Maricela, and the man who checked me in both late nights 3/30 and 4/7 (I am sorry I never caught your name!). The team here is welcoming and warm!
Really great for those traveling with dogs. Nice large space has grass directly in front of rooms that allow dogs. Disposal bags are always stocked . The grass is watered regularly thru the day keeping it cool and clean. My dog loved being able to roll around and play. With the heat of Arizona summer not alot of areas offer this comfort. They do charge a $20. a night fee, but a lot of hotels do. Recommend for pet and kids.
The staff was very friendly helpful and accommodating. The room was clean everything was in fine working order the bed was comfortable the pillows were great. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of fresh fruit options and hot food items. I would definitely stay here again
The young lady/clerk was extremely polite and helpful, especially since this facility was in renovation mode, and a lot of their amenities were not usable. The room I had was clean but had issues (not being nit-picky) missing toilet seat bolt, closet doors can't move and stuck in the wrong position, sticky surfaces lamps and door entry floor, the whole front face of the air conditioner literally just hanging on.
Overall, it was a good stay, but the AC didn't work in the room, and my father got up at 1am asking for a new room. They gave him a new room for free, which is pretty nice. Also, lots of mosquito friends, I love sacrificing my own blood to save mosquito kind. The breakfast place was FIRE. 🔥 🔥 🔥
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this BEST Best Western and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our visit, especially Isabel at the front desk who solved our Zoom class internet connectivity issue. We had an an important Zoom class to teach and we needed the internet. Isabel provided us with on time, mission critical fix, you get the idea!
Every interaction with the hotel staff was marked by genuine hospitality. We requested an extra chair for our Zoom meeting and it was brought to our room before we even walked in the door! Even the breakfast staff was kind and welcoming and provided a delicious, substantial breakfast.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.
What truly made the stay memorable was the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They accommodated special requests with a smile, they consistently exceeded expectations.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back
