My wife and I came to Fort Collins for one night and decided to stay at The Elizabeth...BEST DECISION WEVE EVER MADE! Every single staff member we encountered was so pleasant and warm. The rooms were cozy and so cool. I loved the theme of the hotel, you can bring records from their music room to play in our own record player in every room. There event spaces looks really cool too! While we didn't dine at The Emporium during this visit, we had dined there a couple of month ago and the food and service were also amazing. It's clear they have thought about every details here. Thank you!
I picked the hotel for the location and it was fine. I was curious what "Autograph" provided and basically a nice basic room. Nothing luxurious about it. The staff was great. Definitely not worth the price. Didn't try the dining. One of our party left a pillow behind and they weren't able to locate it and required filling out a form online which never received a response. Not a luxury customer service experience.
What a beautiful hotel! The front desk staff are all so friendly and helpful. It was a quick visit for us but we did enjoy getting coffee at the little coffeeshop and sitting out on the Terrace with it in the morning. The location is perfect for being bale to walk downtown. It was nice having covered parking during the summer. We didn't have to worry about any storms rolling through. We will definitely be back!
The Elizabeth Hotel ended up being such a core part of our wedding weekend. We stayed in the Music Suite, which was not only stunning but also incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect space to get ready and soak in those quiet moments before the day began. We even took some of our wedding party photos there—it felt like such a special backdrop.
Kylie was wonderful to work with and made everything seamless, from coordinating our suite to helping with our guest room block. So many of our guests stayed at The Elizabeth and had nothing but good things to say.
One of our favorite memories was spending the night before our wedding listening to live music at The Magic Rat right downstairs. It set the tone for the entire weekend—fun, relaxed, and full of good energy. We couldn’t have picked a better place.
Really interesting decor and decent location. Helpful front desk people. You can also borrow a really nice guitar (acoustic or electric with amp) for the duration of your stay. Rooftop lounge was closed for renovation. Hotel is adjacent to college area with shops and great food. Not far from anywhere else. Rocky Mountain National Park is an hour drive. Highly recommend. Live music most every night.
Clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Large selection of breakfast items. I saw the pool but didn't have time to use it. I only stayed one night while traveling.
We stayed here last night and had the best experience. Even before our stay we called to ask a few questions and Ethan was so helpful and professional on the phone. Upon arrival to the hotel last night Ethan and Robert were both so helpful and kind. They made us feel extremely welcome and at ease. Their service went far above and beyond what we have experienced at other hotels. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was clean and the breakfast had plenty of delicious options. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
To the Staff at The Holiday Inn Express in Ft. Collins CO. Thank you very much. A week ago about two blocks from the Hotel, my Jeep that I had just purchased over heated and almost blew up before I could begin my trip to Nevada. I came stumbling in the Hotel after working on it in 100 degree weather all day. Your staff was extremely kind and didnt kick me out the moment I came in looking deranged. In fact, Ash, Kaylee, Ethan, and Robert were absolutely the friendly face I needed during this very stressful and trying time. I dont really know anyone in the area, and none of the Veteran organizations have any options to help me. So I am on my own and found out the part I need to get back on the road is a week and a half away and extremely hard to find. The hotel could have had it towed. Or made me push it away from their lot. But nobody gave me grief. They never threatened to move it. Just a friendly smile, and an understanding heart. As for the hotel. Rooms are extremely clean. I personally love the breakfasts. Whenever I come to town. I will be staying here.
I just have to share how impressed I am with my recent stay! I’ve traveled all over the country and stayed at lots of hotels, but this one definitely stands out for its amazing customer service and cleanliness. We arrived late at night, and the desk clerk was incredibly friendly and attentive, making it so much easier for us to manage our three little ones while trying to keep the noise down. It really made a difference!
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had checked in close friends at this hotel and the staff were very helpful. We ended up getting there late but the staff were super friendly. They even helped my friends bring their bags to their room and gave them complementary water. I would highly recommend this hotel for friends and family who are visiting.
