We recently stayed in the family suite with bunk beds at Days Inn in Cheyenne, and it was a game-changer for our crew of kiddos (and their slightly older, but still kid-at-heart parents)! The bunk beds were a hit with the little ones, and the suite's layout was perfect for our family's needs. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our only suggestion would be to consider adding some extra storage for all the kid gear. Overall, we'd highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and comfortable stay.
Hotel was decent. It would be nice if there was a bit more of a cleanliness focus as the room was very dusty and I had to wipe it all down myself. Great water pressure in the shower and the pool and hot tub were fun for all. The bunk rooms are perfect for large families.
A very pleasant place to stay. Located close to the freeway. Clean and comfortable rooms. A decent breakfast. The pool and hot tub were great. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Working a/c and heat in the rooms. The gym was small but had a treadmill and weights. The hotel had everything we needed at a great price.
The rooms are very small, and we had the two queen bed room. So small! It was dated but the beds were comfortable and everything was mostly clean. I did find an old wash cloth by the headboard, ew! It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while it was dusty also. What made up for it all was the pool and hot tub! Absolutely wonderful! Great view, bathroom inside pool room, baby/toddler water pad. Large heated pool. Decent size hot tub. Made it great! The breakfast also was gray despite conflicting reviews. Average hot breakfast options.
1000/10. We had such a wonderful experience. The gentlemen who checked us in is a hard worker! Super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for going above and beyond. All the staff was so nice to us. We are traveling from CA to KY. We experienced some car troubles and they were super accommodating with a late check out time. The continental breakfast was so good. Clean, friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heart beat if we’re ever back in the area. We’re blessed for the exceptional service our family received here.
I had booked a 3 night stay here, upon arrival with my service dog I was told they did not allow pets. I explained she was a service animal, front desk personnel said that he would have to ask the owner. After he explained the situation to the owner they stated I needed registration. I explained there is no law requiring registration, and that she is not a pet. He then told me he would have to cancel my reservation. I said that is again the law but I will gladly stay somewhere else. After we left they called me back stating there was confusion about her being a service animal even though I clearly heard the worker state so to the owner. I declined their offer to return and booked another non discriminatory hotel.
Really nice! The area is a little sad looking, in my opinion, but the hotel was very nice. Rooms were in great condition and the pool and hot tub were great! Wonderful hotel, especially for the cost
The place is perfect, with hot tub and pool, and free breakfast. Hotel staff was always very nice and kind and ready at a moments notice. Walking distance to an Outback Steakhouse (they’re overpriced but not the hotel’s fault.) Highly recommend for such a cheap price.
All morning afternoon & night staff so nice. Housekeeping & breakfast staff were also so helpful. Rooms & pool so clean. We extended our stay by 2 days since it was such a great price with great accommodation. We are traveling cross country & this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Thank u.
