I feel like I need a tetanus shot after staying here. Carpet was filthy, bathroom had someone else’s hair in the tub. Could hear the couple in the room next to us having ‘private’ time. Wayyyyyy overpriced. Book literally anywhere else.

*update* Spoke with customer service - explained the condition of the room. Nothing they can do (they don’t care). Also, we’re all itchy now, so I’m sure we got a rash or bites of some kind from the room.

The place is easy to find, but the overall quality of the facility was sub-par, at best. All over the building, there were signs of water damage in some weird places, but the room was well kept, at least. Breakfast was scary. We ate on the road instead. For this to be a Hilton property, I would have expected better.

Hotel is right by I 94 just before International Bridge to Canada. Its clean, the breakfast seems to be popular from the number eating when I was there. The staff were all very helpful.
It is at the point where its showing that it needs some updates from tile, etc to make it be more current. But have stayed before and will again.

My husband and I are going to give this hotel a solid 3. Hampton inns tend to be budget Hiltons. Sometimes that's all we need, and this one fulfilled that. It was clean, the room and bed quite comfortable, and the breakfast was more than adequate with a nice variety.I would like to give a shout out to John at the desk because he was very helpful. Actually, all the staff I met were pleasant and friendly. I can't comment on the pool area because we didn't use it.

This hotel doesn’t deserve any stars. I had checked in on the app and picked my room and digital key wasn’t activated. I go to desk to figure out what’s going on. They shared that there was a glitch in the communication. I didn’t get the room I wanted. The room we got smelled so bad, lots of peeling paints. Went to the pool and hot tub was broken but no signs or block off were used. Pool had multiple dead bugs and puddle of hair.

I asked for a manager and there was ONLY one employee for the whole evening. They couldn’t even provide better service and on their front desk there was a sign that said “we want to provide you 100% guarantee service” we definitely didn’t get that. I was told we would get a call from manager and we never received one.

We will never go back and for the amount we were charged was ridiculous.

Pictures doesn't show well.

Tonya was incredibly friendly and helpful upon check in. There was an issue with my credit card and she was very patient and polite. Our room was extremely clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were remodeled. Appreciated the hardwood floors in the rooms. Requested an early check in on the day prior to our stay. We were told shouldn't be a problem, she would leave a note and suggested we call back later in the morning of our check in date. I called back was told it shouldn't be a problem. When arrived we were told rooms weren't ready as they had a full house the night before. Not sure where the communication broke down. Also beware that breakfast is until 9 but if you go down at 8:45 food is no longer brought out so can't enjoy the breakfast which is included in the price.

First night seemed fine. Staff talked up the renovations they did while converting to Baymont. They gave us warm cookies for the kids. Hotel is old, but room and remodel was well done. Did find someone else’s old towel left hanging behind the door. No big deal. At check in they told us they didn’t have luggage carts (later found one under the stairs after lugging everything in one by one). There is no elevator, so be aware of that. Had breakfast the next day and there was a wide selection, but it was clear that at some point they stopped refilling things and many areas were empty (no eggs, meat, etc). It ends at 9 and nothing was brought out after we arrived at 8:30 and staff started putting things up before 9. Construction crews are staying here so they grab up a lot of things early before work and then it sits empty. We went swimming after breakfast before leaving to meet up with people we were visiting in the area. Pool was great. Got back late, woke up for breakfast and was down by 8:30 again. There was very little put out and once again staff did not refill or bring out any new food before it ended at 9. Very little seating for breakfast as well and we initially had to sit the kids down on a couch in the lobby until a couple offered their table and went outside. Got the kids ready to swim again while my husband loaded the car. They were getting in the pool at 9:30 when a staff member pounded on the door telling us to get out and that the pool opened at 10. She acted mad like I should know this and was sneaking in or something, but there are no signs anywhere that say this. I later found the time the pool was open on the sleeve the key card goes in. I definitely don’t carry that around with me. I get needing to have open/close times, but at least hang up a sign somewhere in the lobby or on the door to the pool. The staff member said it was so it would be quiet for the rooms, but if they start pulling up breakfast items before 9 you’d think quiet time would end then also. It does still advertise a hot tub on the website but that has been filled in.

The staff here are amazing! The rooms are clean and smell nice. The pool is heated, so it's not freezing cold when you get in. The breakfasts are great as well. The only thing I could really say that I'm not happy about is that there is no hot tub in the pool area.
