My fiance stayed at this hotel 8/16/25 on the third floor in this suite that can sleep six people. Unfortunately due the storm the hotel lost power at night, and well into the morning(tried calling after 12pm, lines were still down. Received Verizon Error message when we called)
With the power going out he was unable to use the elevator to get all his luggage from his room down to his vehicle(no help was offered when he was taking multiple trips on the stairs and walking past the front desk)couldn’t charge any of his electronics, and there was no air-conditioning. He ended up having to leave early.
I called to see if there is any type of compensation, example there was reasonable voucher or some type of refund, anything and they told me no that if this is considered an act of God. I understand no one can control a storm, but that just seems like poor customer service considering the entire hotel was completely booked. This affected not only us but multiple guests in that entire hotel.

Great staff. Andrew was so helpful with finding a local deep dish pizza place. A good place to stay in the Chicago area without having to stay downtown. Right next to the Metra too.
We were here for a wedding at Two Brothers Roundhouse, and I was really impressed by the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Our room was spotless and updated. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being next to the Metra tracks and the main lobby. The shower had great water pressure.

First time using self check-in and it was super easy. Staff was friendly. Room was one of the hypoallergenic ones and I honestly slept so well. Everything was clean, bathroom spotless, and the shower had perfect hot water before getting back on the road. Great stay.

Reception is very unprofessional. After checking my passport, they named me after my home city (I’m proud but that’s not how things go).
Lobby is old, untidy and unorganized, not even close to how a lobby should be.
My friend got a fully grown cockroach under the coffee machine, and some ants crawled to his bed while sleeping.
Long story short, if you want to ruin your vacation/stay, just go there

First I want to start off by saying the customer service at the online Kiosk was absolutely a magnificent experience,, from the hospitality to the speed of the room card distribution, nothing I asked was more unanswered, madam Krystal was definitely one of a kind, very genuine professional individual. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, also the Rooms are very comfortable the air conditioning is nice as well, clean filters free of dust. Working fridge, freezer & microwave. Perfect.
I love this red roof it very clean quite and the rooms are very nice and clean. I also like that they accept pets no charge it really helps out a lot when my pet is welcomed. The front desk guy is very helpful as well he helped me check with ease! I do recommend this hotel for anyone who has kids and a pet it feels like home!!
I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked into this hotel. It was last minute and I was looking for something lower priced. The rooms are large, very clean and easy to get to, better than I expected for the price.
But what really stood out was the Customer Service. I needed an iron because I was in town for a wedding I needed to press my shirt. The manager Jaycee actually lent me his own iron and ironing board so I could do what I needed to do. The staff was very friendly and accommodating the whole trip. I highly recommend this hotel primarily for the excellent service!
