We stayed for one night and had a fantastic time. The pool water was warm and area was clean. There was always 2 lifeguards on duty as well. With the real palm trees, cactus and succulent garden and the koi pond, it really does make you feel like you are out of the country.

Room service was quick and fairly priced however the waffles we ordered came with syrup only and no fruit. I thought this might be a mistake and tried to call the restaurant but no one answered the home after several attempts. The food overall was mediocre. I give it a 2/5.

Our room was modern, updated and clean. The bed was comfy but just one complaint. Online it shows some rooms have a separate bedroom with a door but they do not have those anymore. I was told all rooms do not have doors now after their recent reno.

Amazing experience. Staff were so friendly, especially at the restaurant (shout out to Taylor). The hotel is beautiful; room was spacious, pool was fantastic and the games room is some added fun. We chose this location because it was within 15 min drive from the mall, the children’s museum, and Storybook Gardens. We would definitely book again!

I really enjoyed my stay here at Lamplighter in London. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself was very clean as well. The pool area was well run and the lifeguards took their jobs seriously watching swimmers closely. The restaurant was very good and our server was fantastic. Check in and check out was easy and front desk staff were also kind and courteous. What I liked was the closeness of the hotel to Victoria hospital and the fact they offered a discounted rate of you were there for a hospital appointment. That was a bonus! This hotel was definitely worth the money and I'll be back again when I have another appointment.

Service at the front desk was friendly and efficient. They allowed us a late check out to use the pool longer. Pool and hot tub was great. The kids enjoyed the water slide. There were at least 3 lifeguards. The scenery with the tropical plants, etc was beautiful. Our room was clean. The bathroom was tiny but clean. It was a bit run down with cracks in the wall and scuffed furniture, but definitely clean and met our needs. The restaurant was overpriced in my opinion for the quality of food and service but a convenient option to avoid traffic and construction by going elsewhere. The facility also has an arcade room and fitness room (which was underwhelming). I noticed they are in the midst of room renovations presently.

The room was comfy and clean. We got a 2-bed suite, but there are also some balcony rooms with great views of the beautiful and large pool. The pool has a big water slide that the older kids will love.
Most importantly, the staff here are amazing. There was a baseball team staying at the same time as us, and so the ice machines were cleared out. One of the cleaning ladies heard me ask the front desk where else I could get some ice, and she took it upon herself to grab my cooler, bring it to the back of the hotel kitchen, and fill the cooler.
We also left something behind when we left the hotel, and the BW staff not only found it, but also arranged to have it shipped to us - all we needed to do was to pay the shipping costs.

Between the excellent pool and amenities, the clean and comfy rooms, and the fantastic staff, we will definitely come back!

Stayed at the Inn for three nights for a wedding. First of all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was quite relaxing and had a very peaceful feel. The wedding venue was stunning and incredibly convenient for guests to get between the ceremony and reception.

My husband and I came for a little getaway to celebrate our 50th Birthdays and it was perfect! Room was lovely, the property is gorgeous, our spa services were very relaxing, and dinner was delicious. Our server, Jackie, went above and beyond from the time we were seated, and even brought us champagne to finish our meal. She truly made our night!!

My husband and I went to the Elmhurst to celebrate our anniversary and had the pleasure of being served by the beautiful Jackie. We shared the steak tartare which was phenomenal, followed by the chicken and tenderloin. The food was delicious. What really made our night away special, though, was the service.
Jackie made us laugh (in a very professional manner), and made sure we were well taken care of! You could tell she wanted us to have the best experience possible. The anniversary champagne with dessert was such a romantic touch!!!
We will definitely be back!!

Wow, had a great opportunity to stay over on our anniversary, 48th. Enjoyed everything! Service, atmosphere, breakfast and the entire stay in our standard king was super! The staff were amazing and our host/ server at the buffet breakfast was gorgeous and incredible. We loved it all. Will repeat. Thanks so much.

Had the pleasure of staying the night at this old hotel. It was charming and well appointed. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The outside grounds of the hotel were beautiful. Along with sitting outside on the patio for a drink or just casually strolling the grounds and backtrails. The food and drinks were excellent.

FAQs about London hotels with Jacuzzi in room

What is the price range for hotels with a hot tub in the room in London?

In London, ON, rooms or suites with jacuzzi or hot tub features are available over a broad range. More modest hotels or motels with a spa‑type or jetted tub start in the range of CAD $60–$100 per night. Mid‑range properties with nicer finishes, better locations, or additional amenities tend to be CAD $100 to $200. Upscale suites or boutique hotels with private in‑room hot tubs may go beyond CAD $200+ per night depending on demand, season, and luxury level. Prices shift based on timing, how far ahead you book, and hotel class.

When is the best time to visit London for a hotel stay with a hot tub in the room?

The nicest period to visit is mid‑June through early September, when weather is warm, sunny, and ideal for exploring and relaxing. That window aligns with summer’s peak—long days, generally good conditions, and vibrant city life. For fewer crowds and better hotel deals, the shoulder seasons of late spring (May to early June) or early fall (September to October) are excellent. You’ll enjoy milder weather, less tourist traffic, and better hotel availability. Winters are cold and often snowy, which can make travel more difficult, though indoor comforts like a hot tub are more inviting then.
