The resort is full of apartments and condos. Each place has various number of rooms, kitchen, living room, etc. The rooms are pretty good. Some issues like the drawers open on their own due to the slant of the room. Ants are quite a problem, despite there being a lot of traps. The amenities and clubhouse is really good. We've stayed here for years. Definitely worth it.

I stayed in building 11 room 101
I slept in the master suite
I was attacked by bedbugs
I was bitten multiple times on both arms from my hands to my shoulders And one on my forehead
I cannot believe this happened to me at such a nice place. I paid so much money to be here.
I just want anyone to read this to know that this place has bedbugs!!!!!!
I do not want anyone else to get bit
This was a horrible experience for me

The rooms and location were great. Management wasn’t that good, no pool towels and we had to wait in the lobby until 5pm while our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm which we were told it would be ready by then

My family and I love staying here at The Club at Big Bear. The villas are beautiful and it's wonderful being able to stay in and cook or barbecue dinner for your family and not have to go out every night. The club house is magnificent with many amenities for the family, the pool is beautiful and the town is just a short walk away. The staff is fantastic.

The beds were extremely hard. The noise level from the room above was terrible. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable, hard couch and chairs.

Careful not to get rooms that face south you will have a retaining wall to look at. Also those room with the wall have a shared common area, meaning the patio is open to your next door rooms. Kids running through our patio was not fun.
