Wow, such an incredible stay. We only got to spend one night here but enjoyed every second. The staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and comfortable — but the views really stole the show. I absolutely loved the pool area and the outdoor shower, and made sure to stick around for sunset on our patio. Whatever you do, leave room for breakfast. It was so good. Those pancakes
My wife and I spent 5 days/4nights here just before Thanksgiving. As expected, the rooms, views and food were outstanding. Taking the experience to another level was the staff (Jennifer, Kelsey, Bernard, John) that was attentive, spot on with ideas and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great time.

First Napa trip and this place is amazing. Breakfast options are all great. The rooms are really big and well setup. The view is awesome. Easy drive to several very nice wineries. We loved it.
A special stay! The Emily Dickinson room was spacious and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed wine on our balcony every night and watched the sunset with wine. The breakfast is amazing. Rosario and all staff were very attentive. They were able to store our wine in wine cellar until the last day and we had the option to ship bottles if we needed. We highly recommend this hotel!
Poetry Inn must rate as one of the finest destinations in the entire United States. The best accommodations as well as best service. Leona and Rosario were the perfect hostesses. The breakfasts were amazing. The charcuteries that were prepared for us were scrumptious. This is a 6 star B&B.

Without a doubt though, the service level was impeccable! Given how hard it is to hire good staff, everyone we encountered was friendly and very attentive to us. Every single staff member was hospitable, which is a great sign that the property is managed very well.
