Big, thanks to the ladies that own this place, their help to us getting our Elopement wedding done was phenomenal, to say the least. Breakfast was amazing, and I loved the shower and the jacuzzi. It's just a lovely place filled with lovely people. Very cozy and romantic. Would totally stay again. 💕 😊 ❤️

In town for family reunion. Second time here. It's like stepping back in time. Inn is decorated so lovely, very clean, charming and perfect for a getaway. After needing quiet time away from all the family, they brought a gourmet breakfast fit for a king to my room. Jennifer is a delightful host and brought me a perfect spot of tea in a real British decorated tea pot. We stayed a week and wish we could have stayed longer! Conveniently located to restaurants and shops and we took advantage of hot springs spa. Please make this beautiful destination a stop on your next travels!! Can't wait to return.

This was a surprise weekend getaway for my wife and I can't tell you how happy I am I chose Hilltop Manor! Jennifer and Joanna truly have created a beautiful experience and are incredibly helpful with planning the trip, extras and even a late night visit to help us figure out the gas fireplace 🤦‍♂️🤣We stayed in the Oak suite and man it was a beautiful room and incredibly spacious. I had opted to add on champagne and a personalized cake for my wife and both were ready and presented beautifully when we arrived. The fireplace in the room was amazing and my wife spent lots of time curled up on the chase lounge in front of it. The room also had a jacuzzi tub which we enjoyed and a HUGE walk in shower. Now for the breakfast.......Joanna is a master in the kitchen. Every meal we had was different for the 4 days we were there and each were fantastic and very generous in portion. They also offer to pack up a to go breakfast if you have plans that day. We enjoyed our breakfast on the front porch overlooking their fountain and waterfall and my wife can't stop talking about it. Joanna also helped me plan a picnic for my wife and packed us a delectable charcuterie board complete with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, assorted meats and cheeses and a fruit tray. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and if you are looking for a romantic serene getaway look no further! I highly recommend Hilltop and we will definitely be returning.

We stayed a long weekend at the Hale Hotel in the Superior Room. The entire stay felt very high quality, from the hot drinks delivered to your room in the morning to the friendly service at the front desk. We loved our historic room and hot baths in the hot spring water pumped right to our bathtub! We ate the included free brunch and breakfast and appetizers at happy hour here, and decided it was the best food we’ve ever had in a national park. The location couldn’t be beat, and we would definitely stay here again. We had a big snowstorm come through halfway through our stay and literally everything on bathhouse row shut down, but the staff at Hotel Hale continued service and the owners even stayed overnight to make sure the guests had a great time. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Hale!

We had a ball at Hotel Hale. Great restaurant as well. The staff, including the owner who is also the mayor of Hot Springs were very friendly, kind and helpful. We live only 15 miles away and are already talking about our next stay. Yes a little pricey but well worth it.

Amazing stay! If you want the full experience of bathhouse row this is the place to stay. The service is impeccable, everyone is so friendly and always greeted with a warm welcome. The rooms are a treasure, and of course the luxurious bath time in spring water is not to be missed. Every detail you can think of is impeccable to give anyone a delightful experience. The restaurant Eden is a treasured experience with amazing food variety. They offered mocktails which was a delight since I do not drink alcohol. I had the hibiscus drink and it was fantastic! Coffee gets delivered to your room at the time you request. The last day I asked for it a little early, without hesitation Josh brought it up within minutes. I just can’t say enough about the extreme joy it was to stay here.My husband and I booked Hotel Hale for our 18th wedding anniversary. Hot Springs has become a frequent visiting place for us, we love it here. We took advantage of hiking, Christmas lights, bathhouses, and while seemed busy we relaxed the most here at Hotel Hale. We most certainly will be back for another visit.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Hale, where we stayed in the Buckstaff room. The furnishings were great, including the LARGE soaking tub with piped water from the hot springs. This room does face the road, however, so it was quite noisy at times. There were light and sound-dampening curtains in the room, which we appreciated. Honestly, we enjoyed soaking in our own personal tub so much that we didn't even make it to the actual public bath-houses! There is room service with daily coffee/tee service in the rooms, and breakfast/brunch was included downstairs in the Eden restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious! We ate there 3 times during our stay! I would encourage everyone to take advantage of the valet parking while here. There IS free parking available, but it is a little walk from the hotel. To be honest, we didn't use the car much, as everything downtown is SO walkable from the hotel! You can do hiking from the Grand Promenade outback, including seeing some natural springs and the observation tower. You are also just doors down from the other historic bathhouses. The Hotel Hale staff was also phenomenal! We instantly felt welcomed. Pat, Robert, and Lindsey were quite friendly. They were eager to give suggestions about what to see and do in Hot Springs. They were also helpful on our day of discharge, getting us seated in Eden and our orders out promptly to help us get out in time for our flight. We are excited to plan our next trip to Hot Springs, and we'll be planning to stay at Hotel Hale next time as well!

Excellent stay! Really enjoyed the hot springs bath. Excellent detail to hospitality, complimentary breakfast, coffee delivered to your door. In the heart of downtown Hot Springs. Parking will mote than likely be in the exchange street parking garage, but we left our vehicle overnight with no issues. Loved the uniqueness of the stay, thank you again!
