The staff was courteous and the room was clean. The bathroom was larger than usual. We stayed for several days and found the hotel to offer good value, with a favorable price and a location near New York. It is less than an hour's drive to a popular destination in New York.

The guy at the front desk was great. Very helpful. Nice Guy. The rooms are nice. My only complaint is the shower water pressure is really low and the shower head needs to be changed.

Everywhere was full due to the snow storm, they had a couple of rooms left. The one I took had a jacuzzi. The front desk was extremely kind and the room was very clean and neat. I honestly didn't expect it! The TV had the option to log in and watch Netflix or what ever you usually stream on. Thank you for accommodating!

I was welcomed in my room by a roach. 🪳 Several more to follow! 😨Then turned tv on and XXX movie was on 🤬! So glad I had no young children with me! You can see the ac vent was and vents not cleaned. Roach baits in the corners of the room. My door needed be practically slammed to shut. It was open when I got to it! 😱 There were towels all over the floors by doors to outside to catch snow. Parking lot was miserably plowed! Fall hazard! Beds were firm and hear the springs. Pillows (inside pillowcase) were yellow. I literally put my jacket & purse in a went garbage bag. Only what I needed... Nothing more! Even my shoes I put in a bag. Only reason I stayed was because it was 18° out and that's where I was sent by the state.
I would not encourage the stay unless desperate.

The rooms are absolutely disgusting, they charge you 95-90 dollars for a room that’s not clean, smells horrible, roaches everywhere! It was a nightmare. Not worth the price definitely don’t waste your time here

Worst hotel ive ever been to in my entire life. AVOID this hotel AT ALL COSTS.HOTEL MANAGEMENT IS BEYOND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND ITS MICE AND ROACH INFESTED!!!!! I rented a room and within the first 2 hours or maybe not even that long, roaches were crawling around in different areas of the room(walls, floor)..spotted at least 6. I went and mentioned it to the manager on-site, which wasnt much help at all, and upon returning back to my room and opening the door, a grey mouse scurried underneathed the bed. I was switched to a room that smelled like old underclothes in a gym lockerroom and probably hadnt been cleaned for months. Just a old, smelly, vacant room. Beware of this place. Its a welfare motel.
Update: IVE BEEN HERE 2 WEEKS AND THIS IS THE NASTY RESULTS, CAUGHT 3 MICE IN 1 NIGHT LAST NIGHT. YUCK. IM GETTING OUT OF HERE TOMMOROW, CANT WAIT. ALSO, IM CALLING THE HEALTH DEPT OF WOODBRIDGE TOMMOROW. THIS PLACE WILL PROBABLY BE SHUT DOWN. I recently stayed at this motel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations, especially considering the high price they charge. The room was not clean, and there was a noticeable bad odor as soon as I walked in. The TV didn’t work, and the air conditioning didn’t function properly, which made the room uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water in the shower—something I would expect, especially for the price. Overall, this place is not worth the cost. I would not recommend it to anyone and will not be staying here again.

RUN! Don’t even park in the parking lot. Just walking up those stairs and into the hallway I should have walked back out! It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned nor vacuumed in years and the odor was crazy. Get to the room and notice roaches scattering all over the place. Walls had dried blood and beat up furniture that had some type of wet stains and seemed like it hadn’t been wiped clean or sanitized in forever. I was sick to my stomach. They tried to offer the next room down the hall, if one room was infested with roaches the whole building is. Disgusting isn’t even a good enough definition. I fought for my refund - they tried to not give me the whole amount back- and ran the hell out. Lady was rude and, after half hour of going back and fourth, said she’ll give me my refund because I was going to call the police and told me I was never aloud back to book a room there….as if I was ever going back to that roach land, disease infested looking place. How are they still open…don’t they do inspections?! Horrible, Drive pass this place.
