Prototypical example of a well-run hotel; they did everything right. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Perfectly-cooked bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, included. The juices at breakfast tasted better than what you find at most hotels. I got all of this for a shockingly cheap price at an off time in College Station. They were displaying some awards they'd won on the counter in the lobby, and it's no wonder why. Easily the best hotel value I've gotten in this century, and I stayed in hotels about 2 months in 2025 alone.
This is a great location. Just far enough from the hustle of College Station. Close to a lot of great places to eat. COZY and CLEAN!! All you need for your stay. Nice warm breakfast with scrambled eggs, Sausage, biscuits and gravy. Make your own waffles. Best sleep I have had away from home!!
We stayed at this Ramada for the first time recently and it was pretty good. The staff were all friendly and helpful and it was very clean. There is a pool, business center (with free printing & scanning!), meeting room, pool, and fitness center. The only suggestion I have is maybe a remodel? Just because I didn't necessarily like the color scheme, it was a little depressing. But everything was cleaned very well, that was just a personal preference. The location was perfect for us.
Miss Tina was the sweetest lady very accommodating. She helped me with everything I needed. I manage BB and I know she has amazing customer service. I would like to offer her a position. The stay at Ramada is great because of Miss Tina. Thanks So Much.
I booked a stay at this hotel and when I got to the room I checked the bed and saw that they had bedbugs. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for the room to be canceled. I left and booked a different hotel. Now I see that they still charged my credit card as if I stayed there. I always stay at IHG hotel for business. I won’t anymore.
If you book through a third party and have any kind of IHG status, do not stay here! You do not get ANY of the benefits.. unless you like powdered eggs for breakfast.. you’ll definitely get that!
I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Rachel. I was unfamiliar with the area and got a little lost on my way to the hotel. When I called for assistance, Rachel stayed on the phone with me to make sure I arrived safely. Her patience, professionalism, and genuinely caring attitude made a world of difference after a long day of traveling.
Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by how clean and welcoming the hotel was. The lobby had a fresh, pleasant smell, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. My room was just as impressive—spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully scented. It was clear that attention to detail is a priority at this property.
Rachel’s kindness set the tone for a wonderful stay. Her exceptional customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel and want to extend a special thank you to Rachel for going above and beyond.
We were there Oct. 15, 2025. The desk staff were patient and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with this facility’s breakfast room. We’re on a Texas road trip and stayed at multiple Holiday Inns. This Inn has a crockpot of oatmeal along with the fixings which I was very pleased with. I like warm milk and the desk staff suggested I use the microwave in their store area! The other stops we made were not even close to being this helpful. I highly recommend this Inn.
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. I was double-charged on August 5th, and as of August 30th, I still have not received a refund. I have tried multiple times to reach the hotel manager, but he has never been available to discuss the issue. Additionally, the elevator was out of service for our entire stay, which was very inconvenient. The front desk also incorrectly charged me, even though my reservation was made through Booking.com. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I am unlikely to book with Holiday Inn or Booking.com again.
