Had to stay here because our air conditioning was out. It was clean, quiet and had no problems. Just it was a small room

I highly question the legitimacy of any review that talks about how clean the rooms are and how comfortable the beds were. I 💯 call BS on those reviews. The fire alarm was broken off, there was a fly trap IN MY ROOM!! The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on, you could literally feel the springs poking through the bed. I went to Walgreens and got lido patches just to sleep one night then I canceled the rest of the stay and went to Hampton Inn. I’ll def be contacting Wyndham hotels about the status of my room and stay. Do NOT believe any room that talks about how clean they are and how comfortable the beds are, those are absolutely FAKE. No “clean” room has a damn fly trap in it, chipped paint everywhere. Only reason I do t have pics is cause phone died and I forgot my charger, only had truck charger. My battery died on my phone because I had to use it as hotspot for streaming cause the internet was an absolute joke, just like the rest of the place.

The dark hair receptionist was very rude. I rang the bell for service to pay for my room and she came out with a attitude saying what do you want. I knew right then and there that I should have took my money and went somewhere else with my business. I am going to save my friends and my colleagues from the same household and bad experience that I have received and I was just tell them to not even waste their time staying at this place... I can't even enjoy the air conditioning because the 2-in Gap at the bottom of the door allows air to escape out and bugs and ants and stuff to get into my room and eat my snacks.... Can't sleep because the air conditioner won't stop squeaking sounding like a pair of bad brakes... Why do I have to complain the front desk if the stuff should have been fixed before they rented the rooms out... Makes me wonder if they do not do a quality control check to make sure everything is functioning and in order before they let people stay in there and they just run us through there. I'm tired of them not changing the sheets and it has the same stain in the bed from the previous day that I stayed there....This is poor service I wish the government would inspect this motel.
I have pictures of the black mold and mildew that is growing inside of the rooms that I was in. I will post the pictures when I get my laptop

This hotel was immaculate. I can honestly say we will book here every time we come through Conway. We stayed at a 4 star, well-known hotel in Little Rock and although it was a different experience and enjoyable, I was more comfortable and felt things were cleaner at Days Inn, Conway. Great staff as well.

Location is within walking distance to a variety of food places which was perfect. Despite her system being down, the gal at the front desk was very kind and the checkin was flawless. Best part of the stay was the free nighttime concert of frogs, crickets, and birds in the forest behind the hotel!

This hotel would've been a five start rating from me if it weren't for our dang BED! It had this awful metal bottom part that when you barley even touched it made a terrible loud nose! An when you sat on the bed, rolled over while laying on the bed, literally MOVED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM in the slightest bit; it'd make that God awful metal racking noise! BUT other then that specific issue everything else was literally perfect! We had no issues checking in and checking out the room was clean they came and cleaned while we were gone channels on TV worked great Continental little breakfast was good price was good and the service was good I hate to have to
leave the one star on the one category but I'm hoping me doing this will allow them to address the issue with the bed and I have no doubt that this place will get rated five stars every time after fixing that issue!

Luckily we stopped driving for the day before the big storm came! The staff was very friendly when I walked in the door and asked for a room. The price was very good for a clean, first floor, king bed! The light above the sink needs replaced! It flickers. The shower had a good pressure, bed was very comfortable, pillows were ok. We didn't eat breakfast, we needed to get on the road .

I booked a two-night stay here and as a Wyndham's diamond reward member I was looking forward to using my rewards which included a free suite upgrade. I was told upon checking in that their suites were booked which was a lie because they were still available to book online that night and the next night also. I needed the suite because I had family coming in from out of town. So instead I had to leave them my room and go stay somewhere else. And then to top it off the next day the desk clerk took my family's laundry out of the dryer and put it in a trash bag and told them they couldn't use the washer and dryer because they weren't staying there! The staff at this hotel is trash. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And Wyndham should be embarrassed to have this hotel as part of their chain.

One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever been in. It looked like the sheets/bedding hadn't even been washed; there were roaches in the bathroom sink, and a big dead one was left on the floor; hardly anything looked like it had been cleaned; and, to top it all off, the lock didn't work from the inside. As a woman traveling solo, I did not feel safe at all. I was put on the first floor next to a door that leads to the outside, and it was never locked on top of my own room door not locking. I didn't even try breakfast because I had already read the other reviews about it. The only good thing about this place is that the staff were nice. You definitely get what you pay for.

Very disappointed with the breakfast. Their machine must be regulated to make very small pancakes. Also had instant packs of oatmeal, two cereals to choose from. Fresh fruit daily is hit and miss. The pool is closed indefinitely. The room is nice and location of the hotel is good. If I could have cancelled and got a full refund, I would have. I grade the hotel by their breakfast to get my day started. I don’t expect a full course meal, but this was not even close to a small snack.

The pool is closed indefinitely. Bathroom ceilings have drooping pieces. AC units smell strange. My room had roaches. Gaps are all along the walls and tiles. There are random cars parked in the lot that are full of trash and appear to be abandoned. There are homeless people camping behind the building by the fence. Breakfast is a small pancake maker and coffee and juice, instant oatmeal and cereal. TV remotes aren't matched to the TV units and the buttons aren't programmed. Microwave is missing the glass plate. Staff is friendly and courteous but the building is in dire need of repair and upgrade.

We had a wonderful stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Conway! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their customer service was top-notch friendly, professional, and truly helpful.

The room was clean, beds where comfortable, smelled great and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. Everything worked as expected and we appreciated how quiet and relaxing the environment was.

The staff here really went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in their work.

Highly recommend this location if you're passing through Conway. Walking distance to a really good Mexican restaurant. Great value, excellent service, and a comfortable place to rest. We'll definitely be back!
