Staff was very nice, rooms and hotel was very clean, but the beds were paper-thin and rock-hard. I have a disorder that causes severe joint pain and the springs from the mattress were digging into me so badly, I had to switch to a different hotel across the street late at night.

Ive stayed a lot of hotels and this is a top tier stop. We had requested a ADA room and they nailed it. Shower bench was secure, peep hole for wheelchair users, and all around friendly services. 5/5, would stay again.

In this hotel is consistent with Hampton's great quality hotels. The staff was friendly and informative. The hotel was clean throught. It has an accesable washer and dryer for $1.50/ea (quarters) It also has plenty of parking. While the workout area was kind of small, it was very clean. They are the victim of a lot of road construction as of this writing, otherwise it is very accesable from I-70. I would stay here again.

The staff was awesome and friendly. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring rather than a comfortable bed! The hotel was clean and everything was in working order!

Very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff working the check-in counter were very kind and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and our food was enjoyable.

Only complaint would be that the pool could use a deep clean.

Overall, will stay again next time we are in the area.

The beds were super hard - very hard to stay sleeping as a result. The water was over-softened so that your skin felt slimy coming out of the shower or washing your hands. The towels felt like sandpaper and their was no extra TP roll so we had to go down to the desk and ask for such. There was only one extra blanket in the room/closet, and when we went to the front desk to ask for another blanket - because there were two queen beds in the room - they said that each room only gets one extra blanket. So there you go... (August 2025)

Terrible to get to due to multiple road closures. The room was clean but nothing special. And the evening attendant was confused when the website asked him to physically run our card for security reasons. I feel the directions were clear, run the card. Instead he said we might not be able to have a room. We had to encourage him to "run" the card....

This hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A few of the breakfast items and the dark roast coffee were empty, but that’s my only complaint. This was one of the cleanest and best Hampton inns I’ve seen in years

Overnight stay 5/12/25. Impeccably clean and aesthetically pleasing accommodations. The room and facility seemed newish or recently renovated. Our room was quiet and nicely appointed. Large shower with glass shower doors. Desk area and an upholstered chair with a portable desk table. Other reviews commented that the beds are too firm. Our bed was much firmer than typical in a hotel but we woke up with zero aches or pains! The pillows were very soft but super comfortable and were able to be adjusted for just right sleep. Warm and cold breakfast items were available in a spacious and impeccably clean dining area. No messy tables or spills anywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Overall a great experience. The room was spacious and super clean - thanks to a great housekeeping staff. The reception desk was always staffed with pleasant and helpful people. I used the laundry which was also very clean. The location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I visit family.

I stayed at Quality Inn & Conference Center in Richmond, Indiana, and I had a great experience. This location is very truck-driver friendly, with about 20 parking spaces for trucks, which is a huge plus.

Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The manager, J, went above and beyond. He truly cared, treated me with respect as a truck driver, and personally made sure I could come back anytime to park my truck. He even offered me a discounted rate, which I really appreciated.

We had a long conversation, and he was genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming. It’s rare to find management that treats drivers this well.

I highly recommend this hotel to any truck driver or traveler passing through Richmond, IN. I will definitely stay here again.
In this hotel, guests sleep with animals in the beds. I love animals, but I am allergic to them. As soon as I lay down on the bed, I started feeling unwell and couldn’t breathe. Apparently, the bedding was not changed — I found animal hair and dirt from paws in the bed. The bedding also smells like dogs.

Part of me thinks, "for the price it wasn't bad," but on the other hand, there is an expectation the room and bathroom should be clean, and that if there are exposed wires of any kind, it's probably best to not rent the room. The door locked, but a metal plate that covers the electronics was missing so you could see wires. It's clear the hotel needs updating as the carpet in the hallways was worn and many of the doors and walls along the hallway were scuffed, missing paint, or had other marks on them.

The breakfast consisted of one waffle maker so we made use of the nearby McDonalds.

My wife uses a walker and the handicapped parking, along with all other parking is down a rather steep incline from the hotel entrance.

I’d love to give more stars because every thing other then two big things are stopping from a 4/5 star but let’s start - the housekeeping is extremely poor hands down got to be the worst the floors of the lobby and rooms area look to have not been touched in a month - good inside the hotel it’s self looks nice like guys vacume and clean up and it’s a good hotel.. the beds - remove the mattress and clean the box spring area that almost made me check out and find else where but I was tired.. other then that the WiFi is horrible. But again it’s nice it’s not crazy good food options and affordable.

I stayed here twice as there was easy access to I70 and it was halfway between our destinations. Currently there is a lot of construction in the area. I booked the same style room for both nights (two queen beds) the first night we got queen size the second time they were full size. The second room was definitely more used as there were outlet covers missing, carpet coming up in the corners and the desk chair was peeling very badly. Both rooms had stains on the bedding. The mini fridge does have a freezer section which was nice to help freeze our ice packs for our cooler. Breakfast was one waffle machine, boiled eggs, yogurt and cereal. The coffee came out looking like mud or the consistency of a hot chocolate but did not taste good at all. Orange juice was good, the apple juice was difficult to get out of the dispenser. The young man working was very nice and informative, there was a woman behind the desk the first night who seemed hateful but im just gonna say she was tired. The pool hours are posted 10 to 10 I did not use it though so I cannot comment more on it. If you have those who cannot do stairs you will need a second to fourth floor room as the 1st floor rooms are all up stairs from the lobby. There is also no restroom on the first floor. The hallways smell bad but both rooms did not so we were OK.

Pool not heated. Garbage bin outside was over-flowing until brought to their attention. Rooms were adequate compared to price paid, but could use some major updates and revamp. Exterior damage. Breakfast did not include eggs / sausage, nor apples or bananas. Waffles, yougurt, bagels, cereal, toast, coffee, juice as expected. Responsive service from staff. Reasonably priced, so it worked for me.

We paid a fair price and were treated to excellent service. My son accidentally locked the bathroom door and they had to damage the door slightly to open it and they did not charge me extra. I appreciate the management team and the extra mile they extended us. Thank you again!

Great place again, I've stsyed here several times again for the past year and have to say; the new owners are seriously making a difference, bringing the hotel back as a great place to stay, rooms are clean , fully stocked, the gym is open, the pool is open, no shady characters hanging around the parking lot, the lot is clean well lit, spacious parking unlike The Holiday Inn down the street that charges so much more and there pool is closed and being filled with cement. Quality Inn Richmond have improved the continental breakfast, going to be making more improvements. Opening the BAR area downstairs and looking to open the restaurant and be a one stop, full service hotel.

To all my viewers; GIVE THIS HOTEL A STAY.
I will keep you updated on the progress as I will be staying there again when in the area.

Last week I paid 3x this price for holiday inn Express In Dublin. We were so uncomfortable, the hotel was loud, and we barely slept. I appreciate this place because it is exactly what they are selling you, and a fraction of luxury hotel costs. Our beds were comfortable, our rooms quiet, and while the building is old, you can tell they have a well structured housekeeping team and management. Five stars because they fulfilled their end of the bargain and now I can continue my travel well rested

Positives: Affordable ($55). The staff member was friendly at check-in. The room was large and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot.
Negatives: STUFFY. The windows were sealed shut. There was a wall fan, but it clearly was not communicating with outdoors--just recirculating my own exhalations. I travel with a carbon dioxide meter and it rose to 1200 with me alone in the room (outdoors is normally in the 400s; a well-ventilated room is 800 or less; above 1000 and your brain function gets sluggish). Also: Hallways smelled funny and doorways were beat up. One of the two elevators stopped working shortly after my arrival. Stairwell looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Pool and fitness center were "closed for maintenance." Driveways and parking lot were slippery (a sign saying so had been knocked over).

I would not stay there again; it feels fundamental to have reasonably fresh air when I'm indoors. That said, it was clean and cheap.
