I visit here about every weekend to spend time with family, and I have to say the new weekend front desk staff, Trista, has made such a wonderful difference. She creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere that really stands out compared to before. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. On top of that, the housekeeping has also improved noticeably and has been doing an excellent job.
Whatever changes have been made to the weekend staff have really worked. The improvements are clear, and it feels like the hotel is moving in the right direction again after it had felt like it was going downhill over the past few months. Keep it up!

The entire hotel was a mess. Everything seemed trashed, and dirty. The couch in the bedrooms we got both had stains and marks all over. The bathrooms were disgusting, one of them had a *USED* bar of a soap in the shower, water pressure was so low. The hairdryer was broken, we contacted them about it and they did nothing. The lobby and 3rd floor smelled COMPLETELY like weed/marijuana. I get that not every hotel is perfect, but this hotel did not meet expectations considering the price.

Worst experience ever with a hotel. Checked in around 6:00 pm. I took bags up to room, room was never cleaned, bed unmade with dirty sheets, dirty towels all over, waste baskets with trash, sofa filthy. Went back down asked for a different room, was told they were fully booked. Clerk said he would go up and make the bed, I said I’m not sleeping on dirty sheets, just give me a credit to my credit card. He said he was not authorized, only a manager could Asked clerk to call, he said he would not and not to tell him what to do. Asked again to call manager, he said no and he would call the police if I didn’t leave. I said call them, want them to see the condition of the room, wouldn’t so I called them. I took pictures of the room, police came, spoke to clerk who told them he was not authorized to issue a credit. Police told me to call manager Monday and see what she would do. If I was denied a credit, I could file a claim in small claims court. They told me to leave the property to avoid escalation of the situation, which I did. Call manager Monday morning, said they would not issue a credit. Called corporate office, who said there was nothing they could do about getting a credit, only the manager at the hotel could do that. The company talks about giving great customer service, but only delivered a terrible experience, Ruining the visit with family. Never will say at a Comfort Inn or any Choice hotel property ever.
Absolutely do NOT stay here!!! The pool was dirty and had bugs in it…. Nothing in the exercise room worked and when I asked the front desk about it they said if it’s not working it’s not working! The room itself was decent at best. The breakfast was horrible the sausage was like rubber. I know it’s complimentary but still it could have been better. Will definitely never stay here again!

Front desk receptionist was extremely rude and seemed like he was in a hurry to just get us going. Wasn’t very helpful. As soon as we entered the room, it felt like solitary prison. Lights were too dim, floors were dirty and sticky. There were floor stains and bed stains. Bathroom had a wet dirty towel. Showers felt unsanitary. Poor bathroom designing as well. There was too much dead space. Not enough furniture to fill out the room and make it look and feel comfortable. Bed was rough and had stains. I should have left after my first check out when I noticed the top comforters were completely filthy. Instead, I decided to take the comforters off and throw them in the corner of the room when room service came in. They changed the sheets and right in front of me put the same comforters back on the bed. Then the next week they only came in one of the two cleaning days you are offered for a week stay the day they didn’t clean my room. I walked up to the front desk and asked if they would clean my room. The boys at the desk grabbed the chart and I saw that they checked off my room as they cleaned it but they did not . My final straw at this hotel was the next week when the woman came in the room and laid down dirty sheets on my bed instead of clean ones I even noticed a mark on the corner of the bed. It was disgusting, but I figured if I asked for a new set of sheets, they wouldn’t have give me a set so I ended up using them And all night in the next day there were bugs all over me . The business hires cleaners that act like children , I would not recommend staying here if you enjoy a clean room that people are not purposely bugging you .
