The hotel is clean and very quiet. It has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. They have a variety of te that will keep you warm . There is not elevator so just in case you have problems using stairs . Lot of parking , and By-mart is walking distance plus another convenient store.
Everything was very, very clean. The staff were friendly, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the room was comfortable. Even the pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay again.
had an amazing stay at the GrandStay Hotel in Sisters, Oregon! The service was incredible from start to finish. Everyone was so personable and made me feel right at home. Liz went above and beyond once again — her advice on where to visit was spot-on and truly made my trip even better.
This place honestly feels like family, and that’s why I’ll always choose to stay here. Great people, warm energy, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for being such wonderful humans! Highly recommend!
Quiet rooms that were nice with the loveseat and table and chairs. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable. The pool and hottub were very nice and were clean without an overpowering smell of chlorine. Staff were all very friendly.
Was quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel. New and clean, comfy beds and showers, far enough from 126 to reduce road noise. High-quality towels and toiletries, nice pool with adults-only hours. Very friendly check-in from April. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. Only weird thing is no elevator to 2nd floor…in what seems a new hotel? But otherwise, a very comfortable stay and a great value.
This property is one of my preferred destinations for accommodations. The suites are exceptionally spacious and well-appointed, with the upstairs suites featuring vaulted ceilings that create a warm, residential feel. The jetted tubs are among the finest I’ve encountered in any room, offering a luxurious experience. The breakfast service is outstanding, with a wide selection of hot options—especially the waffles, which are exceptional. Adding to the charm, the property is home to alpacas with plenty of personality, and it’s not uncommon to see deer near the breakfast area in the early morning, creating a truly unique and memorable atmosphere.
This is a great hotel! The suite we are in is very big with a sweet jetted jacuzzi style tub. We're usually camping this time of year but decided to treat ourselves and what a wonderful place.
We have family in the area and have stayed multiple times at the Lodge! We started staying in the Aspen suites which are a bit more expensive but are bigger, quiet and have great amenities! It's a home away from home! The continental breakfast is very good with multiple selections to meet all tastes or diets! The grounds are beautiful and we enjoy watching the wildlife, lamas and alpacas! Highly recommend the staying there if you're in the area!
This is by far my most favorite Best, Western! I love the fluffy alpacas, they have a wonderful breakfast, although I miss the biscuits and gravy. The rooms are clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The suits are amazing, The view of the mountains and the stars are gobstopping, the pooh is an excellent viewing area for the night stars, and staff are incredibly friendly. This hotel is charming and so worth the visit.
Beautiful hotel!!! This hotel is the nicest best western we've stayed at so far. We stayed in the Aspen suite and it was wonderful! The room was very clean, as was the pool, hot tub, and grounds. The breakfast was amazing and had plenty of choices. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely make this a yearly trip. We highly recommend this hotel!!!
