Very disappointing. The first room we had was filthy. Carpets had not been vacuumed and the toilet was beyond filthy. Went back to the front desk and the desk clerk, who was very courteous, immediately gave us another room. It was only a little better. Underlying smell of urine and who knows what else. The breakfast was dismal. No fresh fruit, half of coffee machine out of order, limited selection of yogurts. The hallways reeked of pot even though there are ‘no smoking’ signs posted everywhere. Yes, the clientele wasn’t fancy, but that wasn’t the problem. The place needs to be deep cleaned!

The staff was super friendly. The only clean things in the room were the sheets and the tub. They got the most important things I suppose but it was still a bit gross. Breakfast was good.

Reconsider this place. Booked for a work trip. The halls smelled which was a bad sign right away. My room smelled of deodorizer the 1st few hours before becoming a strong cat urine and "body odor" smell near the fridge. Unfortunately this is where i laid my bag. Now it gets washed or tossed cuz it smells like cat urine. By day 3 it was nearly unbearable. Pool had a coating of bugs and was a foot low. No microwave in my room..they told me, microwaves only come in a suite. Yet my work mate had 1 in his room, which was not a suite. This place SUCKS!!

Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, yogurt. New mattresses made rooms very comfortable . .very quiet. Halls smelled wonderful with the diffuser. Desk staff very accommodating and was able to move us to a first floor room. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel!! We often pick this hotel when we're traveling through the area. The facility is well-kept and very clean. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The location is convenient with a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. Highly recommend this option if you're in the area!

Very clean rooms and the breakfast young lady was super friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be not to keep the tongs in the food because the front of each dish was cold. They have holders for them.
Front desk was nice but could use some patience do more listening than speaking. ILEAD

Rooms are a nice size. Receptionist were kind. Our room was not cleaned well upon arrival. Chicken nugget was under the bed, dirt marks in the tub and I mean dirty feet kind of dirt. You can tell the tub was not cleaned but only rinsed and a pop can was left in the fridge.
