Checked in and found hair on the bathroom floor. Asked to have it cleaned Came to clean and we inspected and still found hair on the floor ( not ours). After cleaning it twice we decided to find another place to stay. They have the nerve to charge me $35.00 cancellation fee. Never again and I will tell everyone how bad your suck
I just don’t know what to say about this place… 8 years ago it was cozy and quaint. Stayed the other night and it was literally like being in the twilight zone!! Weird entrance and check in room (thought we were at the wrong inn). It looked run down, there was a funny smell, and was just kind of creepy. My guess is that it never rebounded from lovely Covid after new ownership took over. Apparently it’s been this way for years. Restaurant and bar area were nice though so that was a plus!
I had my wedding at the Inn at Crestwood in Boone, NC and this was the best weekend of my life. The service was amazing. Danielle and her staff made the day smooth. The views are incredible and the location is centrally located with plenty of things to do nearby. Our entire family stayed at the Crestwood and we couldn’t recommend it enough. This is a must stay!
Booked 2 rooms for our family & had the most wonderful stay! Very nice accommodations. Secluded off the beaten path which is what we wanted. Arrived a little later than anticipated so we ate dinner at the restaurant which was really good! And the full breakfast the next morning was perfect! Will be staying here again when we visit the High Country!
This is an amazing property and very much worth checking out. The rooms have been renovated and are well appointed. The restaurant and bar are so convenient (and delicious) and the service is great.
I also had the pleasure of planning a wedding for a client there and I cannot wait to go back. Danielle and her team were amazing and the spaces worked perfectly. They were efficient from set up to clean up - yet we never felt rushed. They have a very hardworking team who clearly care about what they do and the level of service they offer. I cannot wait to work with them on future events. If you are considering them for your wedding or celebration, don't hesitate. They are a great choice!
The two nights we stayed there, a team group was also staying at the hotel. The teenagers were slamming doors, knocking on random room doors, and talking loudly in the hallways starting around 10:30 PM each night. It made it impossible to sleep. The front desk was responsive and did try to stop the noise multiple times, even contacting the chaperone, but unfortunately the disruptions continued afterward. My husband and I almost left in the middle of the second night because we were so frustrated and exhausted. We appreciate the staff’s effort, but the experience itself was miserable and completely disrupted our stay. We would not choose this hotel again.
4.5 stars - I've stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses and this was certainly one of the best. The location is great to Blowing Rock and Downtown Boone. The staff was very cordial and attentive. The room was comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I stay in Holiday Inn Express all the time! This is a very nice location, clean and centrally located in the city. The staff was kind and courteous and the breakfast and tasty. When I return to the Boone, NC area I will definitely be staying here.
I really liked it! It was a little cold and when I changed the AC it did not change it came with a LOT of pillows and room. Food for breakfast was not to bad water was good. The room had some sharp corners and 2 mirrors. Have a nice day!
They have the best staff, especially the young woman with the long dark hair that checked us in and acknowledged us by name throughout our stay. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good every morning and the hotel was in a convenient location for sight seeing as well as close to good restaurants. Only drawback was having a bed instead of couch in the one room suite and not having an outdoor seating area where the kids could run around to burn up their energy before going back to the room at night, but will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.
