We were met by a dog in a sweater in a lovely lobby. That’s about the highlight. Broken, unclean rooms, unavailable or broken amenities. It’s a large facility; surely difficult to keep up… but I’d avoid unless under duress. I tried to use the phone to call the front desk! But it was missing half the buttons… very disappointing stay.
Pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Forest Villas Hotel this past weekend! We were in town for a Embry Riddle graduation- our regret is discovering this hotel at graduation and not in the beginning of the school career, when we would visit Prescott. Loved how they maintain a nostalgic feel with professional service, fresh cookies and coffee when we arrived, generous breakfast bar and very clean rooms. The hotel looked beautiful for Christmas as well.
Great property, nice views, great breakfast and, drinks and snacks any time you want. Front desk area is lovely. Please update rooms especially putting a door on the outer area of the bathroom for privacy.
We had so much fun staying here. Beautiful hotel, very unique and interesting staff with a ton of personality. We had a wedding we needed to get dressed and ready for and they were more than accommodating in letting us check in a little early to do so.
The gardens and plants are stunning. Whoever takes care of them is truly a master of their craft
⭐️ (1 star) We booked this hotel for my son’s wedding reception and we also stayed at the hotel. While the property itself was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the customer service manager, Sue.
While my daughter was at the counter trying to check in, Sue was speaking terribly about me to another employee, and my daughter overheard everything. It was so unprofessional and unpleasant that she ended up in tears. No guest should ever be treated that way, especially during such a special occasion and by someone in a management position.
It’s truly a shame because the hotel itself was great and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Bob, in particular, was absolutely incredible, so kind and helpful. I’m very thankful for his excellent service and professionalism. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, as the rest of the team deserves better representation.
The Penthouse was well very comfortable and in a great location to all the things in the center of town. The staff was great and very responsive. The unit was clean. We enjoyed our 2 night stay in Early August.
The Whiskey Row Penthouse was great. Best location in Prescott. They even had a beautiful Xmas tree in the living room. My wife and I only stayed for a night but wished we could have stayed there for a week. Will be our go to place the next time we stay in Prescott.
