Beautiful place! The rooms are well appointed, recently updated, and spotlessly clean. The pool was really nice. We visited in January and the pool was nice and warm. Very close to the beach and shops. Great stay!

Really frustrated with my experience with InnSeason. I purchased originally in 2007 on the dream, then upgraded in 2011 when talked into RCI points conversion. All in all it just hasn’t lived up to the expectations set by their sales professionals. For one finding availability to book anything is very difficult and for the cost of the membership, it would be better just to book vacations outright, without using a vacation club with forever membership ties.
Their RCI system is supposed to help with this but that’s a very faulty system as well. They left out just how much the fees would rise, and actual cost/quality of a stay. At almost 70 years old and retired on a fixed income, I can’t justify the expenses with the membership anymore. This has all been explained to the timeshare and even though the purchase itself is paid off and I’m current on all fees, they won’t let me cancel since I signed a contract. No understanding at all, just direction to resell it or transfer to someone, but a quick google search will tell you timeshares really have no resale value. This was a really bad deal and I would recommend steering clear of them.

This was the first time that my wife and I stayed here. The suites are large with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and hot plate for cooking. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was terrific as it is only a few minutes drive to Ogunquit's downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to prepare a meal in. We are already looking forward to our next stay there!

Room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Staff was super friendly. Smoking area was pretty basic and exposed to weather, but at least smoking areas are offered. Sauna was out of order while we were there, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Went here for our Anniversary getaway. The room we had was a great size we were very impressed. Love the jacuzzi tub in the room. Location was great many restaurants around especially my favorite (Beachfire Grille). We will definitely be coming back.
Anchorage by the Sea has been a vital partner in the success of Middlesex Community College’s Mosaic Summit, a key experience connected to our Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) course. Each year, our students arrive prepared to learn, reflect, and grow—and the Anchorage team creates an environment where that work can truly flourish. The hospitality shown by the staff, especially Gail Crowell and Laura Sterrit, is exceptional. Their care, responsiveness, and understanding of our academic mission go far beyond expectations. Our students are greeted with warmth and respect, helping them feel supported and valued throughout their stay.
Hosting a multi‑day academic retreat comes with many moving parts, and Anchorage by the Sea handles every detail with professionalism, flexibility, and heart. Their hospitality is truly bar none, and we are grateful to return each year knowing our students are in such thoughtful hands.

We enjoyed a snowy January weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large with plenty of towels. I enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival. Having a restaurant onsite is key. I only wish I could afford to stay here on season!

This hotel is perfectly situated directly on the rocky coast with easy access to the Marginal Way (Coastal walkway), downtown and dining. Rooms are average and basic but they are pristine and kept very clean. Restaurant and 360 Bar on-sight serving breakfast, lunch and dinner year round. Fresh coffee in the lobby very early in the mornings and hot cocoa and cookies served by the fireplace in the sitting room. Staff is attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely return.

We had a great stay in our Marginal Way ocean front room. Roomy, clean, and comfy. Loved walking out to path and hearing the ocean from our room. Hotel had nice amenities and we enjoyed the hot tub and drinks and quick lunch at the restaurant on site. A bit pricey for time of year, but since it was Christmas by the Sea weekend, expected. Staff was nice and attentive as needed. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and beach.

My mom and I had a wonderful long weekend here this November. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was so pleasant and friendly at check in, housekeeping, and at the restaurant, especially Trisha, our waitress at Surf Point 360! Thank you Trisha for taking such good care of us and the chocolate cake for my 30th! Champagne was provided to us at check in and a cute hot chocolate kit was waiting in our room. On top of it all, the view was beautiful from any point at the property and along the Marginal Walk which is accessible from the hotel. We will definitely be back!
