Not knowing what to expect for such a reasonable price per night we were so pleasantly surprised.
Staff at the desk were welcoming, the hotel was clean, and our room was spacious.
The bed was comfortable and the bedding was quality cotton.
We will return and already have suggested it to family.

Nick did a great job greeting us. Pool was good though a bit cold, not heated as I thought, but hot tub was warm!
Room was a suite, good size, everything needed for our stay.
Breakfast was top notch with Cinnabon type food that was great!

The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful.
The cleaning staff were constantly cleaning the entrance and halls, keeping everything clean due to the snow outside.
The eating area was very clean, the tables were quickly turned around when folks left.
The food was replenished when needed, without being asked.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Really impressed with this stay. Super nice room for the price, clean and comfortable. The hot tub, exercise room, and breakfast were all great. Nick provided excellent customer service, and even remembered my name coming and going, which made it feel very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and were very satisfied with our stay. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed, and the entire staff was extremely attentive, polite, and always ready to help.

The hotel offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio: for a reasonable price, you get comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Breakfast was provided in the morning with a very large selection of options — everything was fresh and tasty, and there was something for everyone.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, with fresh and comfortable bedding. The room had everything needed to relax and recover after a day of skiing.

An excellent option for staying after an active ski day. We would be happy to stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel.

The staff here have been amazing. Whatever they are paid; is not enough for dealing with idiots like me. Booked the wrong day and didn't realize it until the lady at the front desk was calling me. Helped me change the date and was so kind over the phone. We were then super late for check in due to accidently leaving my back pack behind at a trail head. The lady at the front desk was so kind and understanding and stayed late so we could check in. The rooms are very nice for the price and there is an indoor pool. Room was clean and had a working TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. They do breakfast in the morning and the parking lot was well maintained even with the fresh snow.

This place is filthy. Hair and mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets that were never changed, and we had to track down housekeeping just to get clean bedding ourselves. Absolutely unacceptable.
Staff was completely nonattentive and unprofessional. Basic requests like towel exchanges felt like a burden and were handled randomly, if at all. We walked into the bedroom to a crusty, dirty sock sitting near the closet area. This hotel is poorly run, unsanitary, and clearly doesn’t care about guest comfort or cleanliness.
Avoid.

Stayed here about a week ago. The shower felt like it had a film all over it and I got foot fungus from it. There’s mold in the bathroom. No dishes or silverware in the kitchen. The pool building is run down and unfinished. The bathroom downstairs is shockingly bad with mold everywhere and bugs and smelled awful. For $230 it was a complete ripoff. Much better places to stay in the area

The front desk receptiveness was nice and polite. That being said the room was not good. It was Instead of a hotel vibe it was more like a ran down motel vibe. The air quality very poor. There was mold and water damage on the ceiling they tried to paint over some of it. They need to replace and fix the damage parts. Also my fiance and I woke up with sore throat and dryness it them. I woke twice feeling my like a my throat was on fire. I don't write many reviews but I found this very bad upsetting and need to let people know.

Our room was disgusting! The room had an odd smell, tv wasn't working properly, an electrical outlet cover was not secure on the wall, very unsafe. The furniture had a thick layer of dust, mouse feces found on bathroom floor and in our bed. We immediately packed up and went elsewhere.
