Not much to brag about, the heat worked, bed was not comfy, lots of things did not work. Breakfast was ok hot, but not a good variety. Decent for a night's sleep but not much above that.

Overall, for one night with use of the room just to sleep, it wasn't bad. First room assigned had no working lights, we were quickly moved next door. Second room had a toilet that appeared to have bowl painted/fixed. Floor was vinyl and felt a little sticky. Bed was very firm. Did not feel comfortable trying the shower. Its definitely an older hotel that needs a lot of work.

This place was well worth the price. Clean! Comfortable bed, large tv. Easy to book and check-in online made it a 30 second stop to pick up my key. We travel often enough that we will stop again.

Service was accommodating. Online. I was given a price, I brought that to the gentleman's attention and he honored it. The room is very clean, this is near mid-august and the room is chilled nicely. If your lower budget, what else can you ask for? Thanks for reading my review

This is an older facility. The bathroom toilet needed a good scrubbing. Under the beds wasn't very clean. The AC worked, beds were okay, check in was fine. There were barking dogs but the management took care of it. Breakfast area had the best coffee maker I have ever seen. Friendly desk.

I’m giving this stay 5 stars primarily for the service, which was absolutely great. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a couple of things that made the visit a bit disappointing:
• The Room: While the service was excellent, our bathroom was a bit rough. It looked a little dirty and had some rusty spots that could use some attention.
• The Pool: We were really looking forward to the pool, but it was closed during our stay. We actually had to go over to the Days Inn just so we could get some pool time in!
• Bottom Line: The people working here are fantastic and make you feel welcome, but the building itself needs a little maintenance in the bathrooms and a working pool to really be 'Plus' quality."

We came in around 9pm looking for a room for the night after a long drive. They were happy to assist us. Got a reasonable price (about $130 including pet fee).
The room was spacious, clean, modern, and bright. The heat was responsive. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. The bed linens were very clearly fresh and smelled great. 4 pillows provided per bed! Room had a fridge and microwave. Lots of getting ready space. Water pressure was good. Tap water tasted good.
Breakfast was fantastic! Seriously, the best hotel breakfast experience we've had. They struck the right balance between providing choice but not overwhelming you. Each day has a different menu, which is displayed on a cute board. The food was all well prepared and fresh. Eggs were fluffy. Corned beef hash was well seasoned. I was impressed with their yogurt and oatmeal bar. They also had an impressive coffee and tea selection, including a machine that can make lattes and cappuccinos. Most of all everything was clean!! No rips in the chairs, scratches on the tables, etc. The staff were super friendly - They were out talking to people and checking on their meals, which I've never seen at a continental breakfast buffet before.
Pool and gym were open 24/7. Modern and clean.

Snack area where you can purchase late night food like cup noodles, microwave meals, chips, cookies for decent prices ($4.50 for a bag of oreos).

My husband and I were very happy with the service provided by Michelle when we checked in at the front desk after a last minute reservation online. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service because another hotel we were going to stay at had a very rude staff member so we canceled that and chose this hotel instead.. Both Michelle and Angela greeted us when we approached the desk and were both courteous and polite. Our night was made better by Michelle and Angela’s professionalism and kind interaction. Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised. I don't normally stay at Best Western because normally I don't feel the beds are the best, but this one had very plush, comfortable beds. I was upgrading to a superior room with a king and a queen bed in the same. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Everything was working in my room and it was quiet on my floor. The staff was polite and helpful. I had accidentally made my reservation for the following day and they were more than helpful to make the move to tonight. Maybe because I had actually overpaid for a Thursday night. But I was happy for the accommodation as my room was non-refundable. The morning stuff was just as pleasant and breakfast smelled incredible though I don't eat it. My husband was drooling as we left the hotel but helped himself to orange juice. The location was very convenient just off the highway. Plenty of parking even late at night when we arrived. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Had a short, but very good stay overnight. We came in late and they very kindly upgraded our room. It was quiet and clean. But the most amazing thing is the breakfast! It's actually fresh and hot. Totally edible. And the coffee...best hotel coffee ever. We usually have to stop somewhere else for breakfast so very happy and surprised. Would absolutely stay again.
