Sleep Inn in Bismarck exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
Greeted with a smiling face, thanked me for being a platinum member! Offered water and cookies. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hair dryer hangs on the bathroom wall with a lit ring . Perfect for a night light ! Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage patties, and anything else you wished toast, waffles, cereal, etc.
Everything was great ?? Clean rooms, friendly staff, hot breakfast. We appreciated the temp of the pool/hot tub, the fact that it's open til midnight, and the music playing. Noon checkout was great too. We had an awesome stay and even better sleep!
Stopped in without reservations (spur of the moment trip) and stayed three nights while a friend was in hospital. Room and bath were clean, A/C worked great, breakfast was good with wide selection, and staff were friendly One of my best extemporaneous lodging experiences.
This was a nice enough Sleep Inn. It was immaculately clean, which will trump everything else in my book. The pool was small but serviceable. Noise was an issue. We could hear through the walls and floor easily. I think I startled our neighbor, because I coughed and there was a thump across the wall. 🙂 I am sure the breakfast was pretty good, but we got there about 15 minutes before it closed and it was already mostly wrapped up. Overall an acceptable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel brought it up significantly in my estimation.
Very clean, and friendly staff. Forgot a toothbrush and front desk was quick to supply a complimentary one. Breakfast was good with enough to choose from (typical hotel breakfast). Rooms were a little small. Two beds, but we also needed another spot for one of our teens. Hotel supplied a twin air mattress, finding a convenient place to put it was a bit of a challenge, but we managed. Overall, nice place that we'd stay at again.
The owner was very rude. We planned for our checkout after 4 days but was then thinking about extending our stay because of our housing situation, but the owner continuously asked when we were leaving several times a day. Got to the point where it made me uncomfortable just to show back up to my room. When I would walk my dogs he would be standing and waiting in the parking lot. It was creepy and weird. Also, They promised us a suite with a full kitchen, we were lied to. There was only a broken microwave that didn't work and a mini fridge, that also didn't get cold enough so our food went bad. We also requested a non smoking room that reaked of cigarettes and the comforters had burn marks on them. Super gross.
This is absolutely horrible! The owner was very nice, but the room needed serious work. Just old and used up. There was tape on the carpet by the bathroom door.
All rooms in Bismarck were booked and we called North Country Inn & Suites. There was availability and he even let us stay with 2 small dogs. He told us he would upgrade us so that was very nice. Appears family owned and ran. Friendly staff. The room was dated but it was clean. Know if you bring dogs nowhere to walk them, I took ours across the street. Where there was some grass. Breakfast left a little to be desired. There was corn flakes and some white bread from what I seen when I went and grabbed coffee for mom in AM. Pricing was very fair. Overall was a good stay.
They advertise a free breakfast, but when we checked in, we were told there was only cereal and it opened at 8 AM. He said it didn’t pay to have breakfast because they would throw out so much food. We would not have booked here if there was not a full breakfast. Don’t advertise this then! Also, office was still not open at 8 AM! Room was “OK” I don’t think it was cleaned? The coffee maker had the dirty coffee filter packet sitting next to the coffee maker with the wrapper and a dirty stir stick. No other coffee there or cups. It was gross and the carpet could use a big cleaning. Would not recommend at all. Sorry, way over priced for what you get.
We were looking for a place to sleep then continue on our road trip the next day back in August. The owner was VERY kind enough to book us in after 10pm. The room was well-clean, beds were comfy, even he checked in on us if we needed anything before he turned in. We slept well the whole night. The owner was kind enough to check on us before we left the place. Amazing place and hospitality overall! ?????
