Fantastic place to stay in Appleton! Close to great restaurants and bars. No pool, but they had a nice hot tub/whirlpool in the basement next to the spa.

Great location, beautiful hotel. Some of the most horrendous behavior and speech to both myself and a Expedia customer service agent. If my flight is changed due to something out of my control and you have room in your hotel still-maybe be a bit more accommodating? Or maybe just nice period? Maybe don't be hateful and discriminatory against a minimum wage customer service agent? Beautiful hotel-with an overall attitude of stuck up. I was made to feel less of a customer/guest due to booking through Expedia too-eye roll-get over yourselves. With your price tag I would expect some more class. I would have just rebooked and paid for an additional night if they explained policies and were at least professional-but ended up seeking other arrangements.

To start with, the front desk couldn't have been more helpful with information of the area, directions or been more friendly. The guest room was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The restaurant associated with the hotel, Rye, has a comfy bar, some of the best beef I've had in my 12 years of living in Wisconsin, and a great wine list along with great service. The parking provided for the hotel is convenient and extremely affordable. I can not say enough about our experience. I look forward to another visit to Appleton to enjoy this find again.

I was no longer a BW Fan, til I stayed here. I was impressed with everything from the lobby to the room. Very spacious room with a Jacuzzi & robes. Very large comfy bed with comfy pillows - unusual to have comfy pillows on a hotel room. Lady at the front desk was friendly & explained everything, including parking. Only negatives are that you have to use a parking structure and the noise of downtown traffic, lots of motorcycles due to the nice weather. Right in the middle of downtown Appleton, lots of restaurants & shops to walk to.

We stayed in a king suite for two nights while in town for a comedy show and couldn't be happier. The room was very comfortable and this hotel obviously pays attention to detail. It is squeaky clean with quality details. There are complimentary and items for purchase in the room as far as snacks and coffee, alcohol, etcetera. We ordered from RYE for room service in the hotel and it was fast and delicious. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed the ability to walk around downtown and shop/dine from the hotel. The "Angels Forever" store next to the hotel has very unique souvenirs for friends back home. We will stay with Copper Leaf again if we return to Appleton.

Nicer than some other country Inn’s we have stayed at. Cardio gym available. Rooms are larger and clean.

Nice hotel but the night time workers do not want to do anything!!! Never see anyone till first shift comes in!!! Can’t get coffee till 1st shift comes in and when you have to go to work at 5am you will have to go to a store to get coffee!!!! The other workers are great!!!

The room was really nice, but the whirlpool didn't work. That was the whole reason we stayed here in the first place. Upon checking out, I was told that 2 of their 3 in-room whirlpools didn't work. Those should be tested prior to arrival and guests should be informed. We were not happy. I was also told that the manager would contact me about it. That didn't happen. I can only imagine it's because either they forgot, or they thought it wasn't as important since our room was practically free due to my points. I mean, that's how the lady at the front desk acted when we checked out. She didn't say it outright, but she made it pretty clear that it shouldn't be a big deal to us because the stay was nearly free. However, it was big deal to us as the whirlpool holds a large amount of sentimental significance for my wife and I. Enough that if I had known it wasn't going to work, I would've given up the free night and shelled out the money to stay somewhere else with one that worked. We were really looking forward to that whirlpool and it kinda dampered our visit. Especially since this was for my wife's birthday. I didn't want to leave a 3-star review, so I waited to post this hoping that maybe the manager might get back to me, but it's been 5 days now. I don't think that's going to happen. Anyway, the moral is, be careful of the whirlpool suites here. If that's what you're after, you might want to call ahead to make sure they work before you check-in

Enjoyed a 1 night stay here before a Packer game. Good location if you can't find a room in Green Bay. Rooms are reasonable, clean and functional. Ride to Green Bay is quick and easy. Surrounded by restaurants and shops if needed. Would recommend.

This was the oasis we needed from the 5 hour drive that should have been a simple 2 hour trip from Racine.
Appearance-this place looked so fresh. Exterior lawn furniture and well maintained grounds.
Front desk-the woman tried me like royalty. We were in town to meet and pick up my daughter and her 2 small kids for the holiday weekend.
The pool and hot tub was perfect for our relaxation. Facilities open till midnight?
Breakfast-real jellies ? A simple but provided pleasure. We fly out of Appleton often and this will be our facility that pampers us.
