The decor is fitting for Sedona. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast view and food are excellent. This property is a great choice when visiting Sedona. We will most definitely return.
My travel partner was handicapped and the accessibility issues were minimized by the staff before we booked. They said that there were 3 steps when there were many more. No railings for the steps. Etc. My travel partner could not navigate on their own on the property. Breakfast was disappointing. Room was nice, but not very private - the blinds did not work and people walked right by the front window.
We loved everything about our stay. We were in Room 16, perfect views from our balcony. Breakfasts were wonderful, our room was very clean and inviting and the pool/hot tub was fun. It was so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go but far enough away that it was peaceful. Should we ever return to Sedona, we would not hesitate to stay at A Sunset Chateau again!
Our experience was magical! We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon- the property is beautiful, serene and peaceful. The rooms are huge, come fully stocked with towels, robes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, tv- you name it, it’s there! The staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast was an added bonus! The central location made getting around very easy, and they even helped us book different adventures and an in room massage for our honeymoon. Our time in Sedona would not have been as special if it weren’t for the staff at the Sunset Chateau. We are so grateful and can’t wait to return for future anniversaries.
This place was great! From the rooms to the landscaping, I felt like I was staying at a private residence. It was peaceful and the view from our balcony was perfect! It’s centrally located in Sedona, so everything is just a short drive away. They offer a complimentary breakfast which was delicious! My only recommendation to the owner/management is that a little more attention is needed at the pool area. The pump wasn’t going on the pool so, there were quite a bit of bugs and leaves in and around the pool and hot tub area. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Sunset Chateau and look forward to staying here again in the future!
This place is really nice, beautiful and comfortable. The beds are big, and soft like a cloud. Not too soft or hard. The staff is friendly and really accommodating. I only want to stay here from now on. A true hidden gem. The pool/hot tub area is nice along the with the decor, and outside seating. What a fabulous mountain view!!!
We are from the North Georgia mountains and love to travel the country staying in bed and breakfast hotels. I brought my wife for her birthday and she could not be happier with this hotel. The whole staff is amazing. The breakfast is fabulous and the breakfast staff are so very kind. I feel like we have known the owners forever as they are now our Sedona family. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The views are amazing too. We are close to all the Sedona activity but yet the property is very quiet. We will be back soon!
We travel and stay in bed and breakfasts all over the country and this by far is the best ever. The whole staff is amazing. The breakfast is fabulous. Elizabeth at the front desk has amazing energy and is very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast team are so sweet and make the BEST breakfast ever! The owners have beautiful hearts and have this place for their guests out of love. We will be bringing our whole family back to stay!
This was our first trip to Sedona, Arizona and we are already talking about returning to A Sunset Chateau. The view from our room (and the entire facility) is breathtakingly beautiful. The rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and so were the cocktails 🙂 Free parking was an extra perk since we rented a car. The location is great .. squeezed between a few grocery stores, lots of places to eat, a quick drive to Pink Jeep Tours and shops, an (easy) two hour drive to the airport as well as Grand Canyon. We loved every moment of our stay.
What a special place, we loved it!!! Only complaint are the lights at night around the property. Totally understand that safety is important but for it to be a "dark site" it was very bright at night, and we couldn't see many stars from our balcony. Maybe focus on down lighting instead of the light posts. Otherwise, we were very pleased. Elizabeth was a delight to interact with on the phone and in person. Our Bella Vista room was fantastic; clean and spacious with a view of the Red Rocks that was awe-some!!! So nice to have a small kitchen area and bathroom both fully stocked with most everything you need. Location was convenient to attractions, restaurants, really anything you needed. Breakfast was delicious each morning and service friendly.
We spent two nights for our mini moon at A Sunset Chateau and it was magical ✨ The views are stunning, breakfast was delicious, the rooms are full of art, and the staff is so nice. Amy welcomed us and was so kind. Highly recommend getting in room massages too!
My wife and I decided to visit Sedona recently and it happened to be our anniversary weekend. The hotel staff was very welcoming and pleasant, we were given a personal tour of the grounds and made aware of the amenities and rules. Yes, there were rules and I appreciate setting expectations early. They were common sense and based in the overall experience of having a quiet "get away" spot for the guest. Great location to great places to eat or a short hike. Loved it, thank you.
We both loved our stay. Very nice place and so serene. Service is excellent from front desk to the restaurant. Staff are very attentive to your needs. We would love to come back in the early spring or in the fall. I highly recommend this place.
We did not stay in the property, so can't speak to the rooms but based on our breakfast and impression of the property, hope there is availability next time we are in town. I had the lemon ricotta pancakes which were divine. They also offer mini muffins for the table while waiting for breakfast. Sitting by the fireplace on a snowy Sunday morning, very cozy. Great service and they will even give you coffee/tea to go!
My husband and I recently spent four nights at Casa Sedona Inn. Everything about our stay was outstanding! Michelle and the staff, both hotel and restaurant, went beyond expectations with excellent service. The restaurant food is delicious. We stayed in the Sacred Feather room. It was lovely, clean, and the bed was very comfortable with high thread count sheets. Nothing about the Inn or our room felt "cookie-cutter" like a standard hotel. The location is convenient, yet a bit away from the main tourist area, giving it a private and restful feel. We're experienced travelers and have stayed in many hotels and inns in many countries. This is the first time I've felt led to write a review. Well done Casa Sedona Inn!
