Kansas City Hotels with a Jacuzzi in the Room
Travelers planning to visit Kansas City will find 23 hotels with hot tubs in Missouri’s largest city. On our site, Jacuzzi rooms in Kansas City run between $95 and $175 per night. The cheapest property, Baymont by Wyndham Liberty, MO, costs around $59 for two people. On the other hand, the most expensive property on our list is the sophisticated Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection. This hotel falls into the premium price bracket and can exceed $400 per night.
What makes Kansas City unique in terms of neighborhoods is its two-state metro spread. This guide helps you decide where to stay in Kansas City, Missouri. We have many options, including heart-shaped Jacuzzi suites in Village West, window-adjacent tubs overlooking the Plaza downtown, and traditional in-room whirlpool platforms in Independence and Lee’s Summit.
Which Kansas City Areas Have the Best Jacuzzi Hotels?
Village West and the Kansas Speedway area on the Kansas side have 3 hotels with tub rooms. Perfect for couples, Chateau Avalon Hotel & Spa is an award-winning boutique hotel where you can sip on craft cocktails at the on-site Egyptian concept bar, enjoy a Swedish massage at Chateau Avalon Spa, and stay in luxurious suites with LED-lit jetted tubs. Standard rooms with hot tubs at Chateau Avalon usually go for about $190 per night. Speedway events and NASCAR weekends increase demand here faster than in most other districts.
On our list, you will come across 3 properties in Downtown Kansas City and the Country Club Plaza district. Seville Plaza Hotel, located on Main Street near the Plaza, offers pet-friendly accommodations with hot tubs. Ward Parkway and Plaza nightlife will be right at your doorstep. Rates in this area are more sensitive to Chiefs games and T-Mobile Center events than the east-side corridors. Keep in mind that parking is rarely free in Downtown Kansas City and the Country Club Plaza district.
If you prefer in-room whirlpool platforms outside the busy city center, Independence and Lee’s Summit are your go-to areas. This suburban corridor with chain hotels works great for extended stays and road trips. Also, hotel rates here are less affected by downtown events. Chain hotels such as Stoney Creek Hotel Kansas City and Best Western Plus Lee’s Summit Hotel & Suites have hot tub rooms for about $100 per night, while Super 8 by Wyndham Kansas City offers a seasonal outdoor pool, reasonably priced Jacuzzi rooms, and easy access to I-70.
What Types of Jacuzzi Suites Are Available in Kansas City?
Approximately 30% of Jacuzzi hotels in Kansas City place whirlpool tubs inside the bedroom area, commonly on raised corner platforms. You will notice how this layout is most common in Independence, Lee’s Summit, and Speedway-adjacent properties. In the suburban areas, you will mostly find inns and chain hotels with in-bathroom hot tubs. As for unique Jacuzzi suites in Kansas City, Baymont by Wyndham Lawrence has rooms with heart-shaped tubs, and Super 8 by Wyndham Cameron offers in-room hot tubs with city views. Rooftop or outdoor Jacuzzi setups are rare here.
Which Events Raise Kansas City Hot Tub Suite Rates?
Chiefs home games at Arrowhead Stadium create the highest increase in tub rates, often requiring reservations 3–5 weeks in advance, especially near downtown and Independence. NASCAR weekends at Kansas Speedway directly impact Village West properties, including the popular Chateau Avalon.
Concerts at T-Mobile Center and Royals home games also raise demand, though suburban corridors retain better last-minute availability. Winter is probably the best time to find good deals, as this season is outside major sporting events.
Which Kansas City Hot Tub Hotels Offer Romantic Packages?
Chateau Avalon Hotel & Spa actively markets romantic and anniversary packages. Think champagne add-ons, rose arrangements, in-room fireplaces, and spa services at Avalon Spa. The property is structured around couples rather than business travel. The Raphael Hotel does not center its branding on themed packages but remains popular for anniversaries/weekend getaways due to its boutique atmosphere and tubs with city views.
To sum it all up, Kansas City is quite a diverse destination for hot tub hotel weekend trips. You have traditional in-room whirlpools in Independence, value-focused properties with Jacuzzi rooms in the suburbs, and romantic window-view tubs near the Plaza.

Pretty upset about our room. The window between the two rooms didn’t work we were not told about this prior to our stay. The tub constantly drained the whole time while trying to take a bath and was leaking out of the handles to turn it on. I normally love hotel breakfast and would not eat anything they were serving besides cereal. Would not recommend.
Also wanted to add; told the person at the front desk about these issues. She apologized but this was the main reason we booked the room and none of it was a great experience. Was not worth the money.
The lady when we checked in originally was super nice, we just didn’t notice the issues until the morning or we would have spoken to her.
Was driving from Florida to Colorado and stopped here on night two of the trip. I just needed something clean, safe, and pet friendly and I was super impressed with Stoney Creek. It gives more resort vibes than your typical interstate hotel and has a nice pond in the back (shared with Bass Pro Shops) that made for a beautiful walk in the morning. Service was friendly, room was clean, and free breakfast was pretty decent as well. We checked out the hot tub which was quite nice. We even received free drink tokens upon arrival (presumably because I signed up as a free member on their site). For the price, I can’t complain!
I chose this hotel as it was close to a concert venue I was going to. The room was large and clean, but underfurnished which caused the room to have a loud echo when you talked. There’s also a lack of blackout curtains which made it hard to get to sleep since the room was bright most of the night.
The check out process was rude. We woke up at checkout time, which was my fault. We let housekeeping know we were running late and that we needed to pack up, and get ready to leave. It took us 15 minutes to pack up, use the restroom, and leave. During that time we got called twice on the hotel phone, had people come to the door multiple times, and they even called my cell phone. Even though I was running late, which is my fault, it felt like the staff was harassing us to get out when it was just 15 minutes. I absolutely would not recommend staying here.
Very nice hotel at a surprisingly beautiful location for a reasonable price with easy access to dining and the interstate. Loved the one mile loop trail around the lake behind the hotel. The room was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the bar. We stayed 4 nights while sightseeing around Kansas City. Wifi was unfortunately nonexistent. On the rare chance we could get a signal strong enough to log on, we would lose it within minutes. Breakfast was average. No fresh bananas the whole time, just a brown one the first day. Toaster barely heats up and has to have handle held down. Indoor/outdoor pools with small hot tub are nice, but were being serviced 3 of the nights we were there. Staff are great.
Amazing place to stay. The room was huge, and extremely nice and clean as well. The service I got at the front desk was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was great. I came here to relax on my days off of work as a treat to myself, and I was not let down. I was able to get more than enough relaxation, and the location is great if you need anything, there is plenty of places very close by. I highly recommend Stoney Creek Hotel. I will most definitely be back there again.
The hotel, the room, the friendly staff, the free breakfast... All of these things are quite good.
Unfortunately we received a wake up call at 7:30 in the morning that we did not request. When asking the front desk. What happened? We were told " oh that's our phone system. You have to turn that off"
Let me make it real clear... No one wants to be woken up without a specific request. To be told that it's "automatic, it's the phone system" or "we" needed to do something in order to make sure that didn't happen, "we" needed to push a button on our phone (that we were not told about upon check-in at 2:00 a.m. after driving 12 hours), only to be awoken at the time we did not intend. This was not pleasant or appreciated when we're trying to recharge for hours more driving.
First impressions are everything. This was our first time here. The lobby made it seem this was a luxury hotel. When my family and I arrived to the room my son showed me how filthy behind the bed was. Cups, bottle lids, hair ties, and a large layer of dust. Then the sink was clogged. Both were reported to the front desk. I asked them to vacuum behind the beds, but they only got the trash as far as the arm could reach. At least the clogged sink was resolved. Also the drawers were broken. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign and when we asked front desk for one they didn’t have any. The hot tub was also gross. It was full of scum. I don’t normally write reviews, but for the price I know they can do way better.
My family and I came for the Silver Gloves Championship. It’s a nice looking hotel. However, I was very disappointed that they did not have stay over room service for the 4 days we stayed, specially on a weekend like this. If there’s not going to be room service for events like this, then there needs to be at least a broom with a dust pan in each room. The guest laundry room needs an update with at least a change machine. I wanted to do laundry and the front desk or anywhere near had change. Overall, it is in a great location and the staff was nice.
This is the only place I care to stay I now stay at Independence I stay at Columbia and St.Jo all in Missouri I stayed this past Saturday and Sunday night I've never had any problems until Saturday night it was a rough night for a few different reasons but they took care of it and made it right when I checked out. It's always clean and convenient and has everything you need I would recommend Stoney Creek Inns to everyone and the price is good also and they have always had even on a weekday a very very good hot breakfast this past 2 night stay was at the independence location
We had a great time beautiful grounds and great location. The indoor pool was open and the jacuzzi was great as well. We went down to the bar a couple of nights the wings were good. Ryan was our bartender and he was the Best@@ trying to do everything he could to make us happy even when he was having problems on the food side. He was very accommodating. Thank you so much from Aaron fam
So a couple of weeks ago I stayed in a beautiful Comfortable room, the bed was beauifuly made and super Cozy. The front desk was so helpful. Breakfast was so yummy and made fresh ever morning by the amazing staff .house keeping were super awesome ready to give us some fresh Towels Overall what an amazing place with amazing people 😀 also got a couple of drinks from the bar 🍸 which didn't Disappointed the man knew what he was doing
We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we love it, the location, and the agents, the best being Lisa. Lisa is awesome and so knowledgeable about every room. She goes beyond "just her job" to see that we have the best experience possible. We will return and I know Lisa will make our stay another great one.
Stoney Creek is the only place we will stay at when we visit KC. It's only 15-20 mins away from KC downtown, easy to travel to and from (all interstate). It's tucked back from the interstate but super close to the exit, it feels like a little piece of country which is a welcome relief when leaving KC. It is right next to a Mexican place (parking lots are connected) that will have fun specials/live bands. It is also just down the road from Cheddar's, which is nice for a quick curbside pick up.
The rooms are larger than average, with the sink in the hotel room outside of the bathroom. The showers are big and have ledges to sit or help with shaving. They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (all eucalyptus/stress relief) mounted in the shower.
The beds are super comfy and they do not skimp on pillows! Tons of pillows! The bedding can be a bit worn down but I'm sure if I had called for more the front desk would have helped. They were fine as they were though, just a bit light so I managed to wake up with them on the floor or sideways. The AC worked perfectly and wasn't too loud.
All the employees are super nice and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but had hot and cold options, which was appreciated. The hotel is next to a lake that has a walking path for some quick exercise and sunshine.
Stoney Creek is cozy, comfortable, and my favorite hotel when taking weekend trips to KC.
The room was nice but small. Decent breakfast. Good location with a nice park close by you can walk to. The front desk staff needs some training. The one helping me was rude and confused. Every interaction seemed to put her off. The valve was good, so overall I would recommend.
What a cozy, comfortable lodge. Beautiful setting. Great breakfast. You can smell the cleanliness in their linens. Travel through KC twice a year. I only stay here. Wife and family love it, too, when they are with me.
What a wonderful hotel! So many accommodations. Facility, very clean staff was outstanding, kind, helpful. The grounds the hotel is on the beautiful lake with a waterfall walking paths. The sweets are reasonable priced. Very luxurious you won’t go wrong staying at Stoney Creek .
Great hotel. Very friendly and capable staff. A little off the highway and off the main road to get to, but the grounds were beautiful. It was a wonderful area to walk the dog in the morning. Oh yeah, pet friendly hotel which is always a plus since my dog is family. Breakfast was good with lots of options. If I ever pass through again I will definitely come back.
We really enjoyed our stay at Stoney Creek Hotel, we liked that it’s a smaller hotel chain but managed well. Our room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the free breakfast had good options. At the back of the hotel is very nice and it also had a running/walking trail. Our girls enjoyed their connected indoor/outdoor pool. The property is a little old but it’s well-maintained and we didn’t mind as long as our room is clean. It’s definitely a good value for your money!
The same problems I've seen people post about are the same as you find at 4 star hotels. You can hear people walking occasionally and the beds in our room were soft. That being said, this hotel was great. Breakfast could use some of flavor but it's edible. Pool is busy and great for kids. There is enough to do in this little area to keep you entertained for a couple days. Downtown KC is only a short drive so it's not a long ways out. I can see myself staying here again when in the area.
Stayed one night in a king room. Rooms are basic but seemed clean. The hotel seems nicer than it is in my opinion. The other guests were honestly more frustrating than anything. Hoping for a better experience in the future. Noticed a bag of trash outside of the elevator and towels outside of multiple rooms overnight. Likely just short staffed like everywhere else. We will likely visit again if needing a place in the area.
Absolutely gorgeous jacuzzi suite. We were supposed to have a very romantic birthday evening for us. The room was fantastic but the room is directly above a party room and the music was so loud the you could feel it. We went for a walk over to the waterfall to try to kill some time for the party to wind down. Finally, at 10pm, we thought we would try to use the jacuzzi tub, but the music was even worse in the bathroom. This was truly an awful experience at what appears to be a very nice hotel. We finally checked out at midnight upon realizing the party was never going to get shut down and not only would we not get to enjoy the entire purpose of the stay, the bathtub, it didn't look like sleep would be had either. No apology nor compensation was offered at checkout. This was nearly a $500 room. This was a truly disappointing and expensive experience.
I was there for a conference. Room booked by corporate. It was just a basic hotel room. The view was of a field. Nothing exciting, but not the parking lot, so plus there. Water pressure left something to be desired. The lobby was decorated for Christmas. Very warm, inviting and cozy. Elegant. Only there one night so can't really comment on the service aside from check in and out. Which was easy and quick. Simple breakfast options. Again, nothing terribly exciting. But it's nice it was there. I would stay there again
Nicely appointed rooms! Staff is super friendly! The hotel bar is quaint, affordable, and has some good drinks.
Do take heed - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE.
Also, avoid room 229 if you are a light sleeper. It is a wonderful room except the elevator and lobby noise hit that room direct on.
Impressed with this hotel and will visit it again next year!
