Hot tub was broken down during our stay 11/2-11/5. Parking was valet only & $40/day, expensive. Breakfast person was not happy to be there & less then helpful. Restaurant is just a breakfast room, not a "restaurant" not open for dinner. Rooms were great, front desk was great. Hotel is right next to the police station, so be prepared to be awoken at all hours by the sirens.

Our group stayed 3 nights. Alexis at the front desk.....superb - friendly, right on point and very personable. Rae in the breakfast dining room was so accommodating. A very sweet girl. Your hotel is clean, rooms were comfortable. Overall our stay was the best

We came to Nashville for a football game. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to check in early but they did not have a room available. Fair enough. They checked our luggage for us. After the game and dinner we got back to the hotel and checked in. We were informed that we had been given an "upgrade". They had put us in a hospitality suite on the 9th floor which is where their meeting rooms are. They had already brought up our luggage, which was nice. The room was very large but had a strange setup. TV was like 30 ft from the bed. No night stands. No electrical outlet near bed. I use a CPAP so that was a little bit of a hassle. Thankfully the cord was just long enough to reach an outlet. Bathroom was really small. No counter space. Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. Disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee, especially for the price.

Amazing!! We stayed Thursday and Friday and had the best time - Kavien made our stay (Maurice was great too) Kavien was so nice - my 5 year old LOVED her kept saying his pretty friend - we will stay here again because of her and the rest of staff- walking distance to SoBro and Bridgestone - cafe had great breakfast - all staff was nice and valet quick - rooms were clean and quiet

We had a great experience! The employees were all incredibly friendly. The facilities were great! The pool was huge and the hot tub was hot. The room was very nice and surprisingly, quiet… even with all the bachelorette parties staying there. I will be putting this one on my favorites list! You won’t regret it.

I am a Hilton Diamond member so I stay at quite a few different Hilton properties. This hotel is located pretty close to downtown so if location is your priority then this hotel would be pretty good. All the way downtown is VERY EXPENSIVE & actually this place was more than other Hilton Garden Inns I stay at bit I suspect they were gouging like all hotels do because of the Convention going on.

Anyways the room was nice. The parking was VALET ONLY. It was expensive & inconvenient. A couple of times I texted the number on my VALET card to let them know I wanted my car in a few minutes. When I went down to the lobby to the valet stand my car wasn't ready/there either time. Waiting for valet is a hassle as is needing cash to tip every time you leave/return. Parking was expensive on top of the hotel.

The room was nice & clean but the CITY NOISES WERE VERY LOUD & so be prepared for that. If you are looking for peace/quiet/rest then stay elsewhere or bring earplugs.

Breakfast was fine/adequate.

It really just comes down to what you need given the location & noise. Some people live in a downtown & are used to that so for some people it's likely no big deal. It's a clean fairly decent room.

Only giving two stars because the staff was friendly, considering the hotel was unclean, uncomfortable and loud. The shower was filthy with mold growing inside. Black on the walls (make up maybe?) and someone else's hair. The towel rack was falling out of the wall, along with the toilet paper holder. You couldn't get the room a comfortable temperature. It took over 10 minutes for someone to answer the front desk phone when we called. No one bothered to give us our breakfast vouchers we paid for online at check in, or any information about the stay at all other than the room number. And the hotel was so loud that we were woke up all night long. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Really quite. Amenities were good. No spa, hot water tub was slightly dirty. Pool was good. Gym was reasonable and open 24 hours. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast area was clean, food was good and whole crew were amazing.

Our room was clean. Hotel clean. Loved the shuttle. So convenient. Picked us up in the Gulch and drove us to downtown. It was like having our own chauffeur. Tony, Marco and Gracie where excellent and provided great hospitality.

We were attending a wedding over the weekend and sought a hotel that allowed cats.
We originally booked nights at the La Quinta by Wyndham, however that place turned out to be a “mold show” and heavily taxed my respiratory system — terrible quality (do not recommend). We left that place after the first night, with profuse coughing and stuffy sinuses.
This Hilton saved our souls, with a higher price. Though you get what you pay far, and the Hilton did not disappoint.
This place had a nice lobby, bar, and food.

The room was immaculate (for the most part) and they even displayed my name on the tele — loved the small details.

I want to give this place a 4.5/5 but will give a soft 5, only because I spotted what I think is mold on the AC unit. The room didn’t smell like mold, which I’m sensitive to, so my experience was overall great!
Though, staff should look into cleaning their AC units more regularly.

The Hilton Garden is my favorite chain of Hilton Hotels. They are clean and beautiful hotels anywhere I’ve stayed and this hotel was no exception they were so great, they being the room. When we checked in we were greeted by Michael and another lady who of course matched my high expectation of customer service. So friendly and nice. In fact every single person who worked the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. The cleaning ladies in the hallway were so nice, almost every single person in that hotel makes you feel at home. Except for the lead manager whom runs the breakfast.

She is a tall white lazy, a little older, with dark hair and bangs, her name is Ginny. She worked the breakfast station almost everyday we were there from April 14th to the 18th. I am from California which I think is important to note because my whole state is melting pot. During my stay in Tennessee almost everyday we ran into a few people who were white and rude to us for no reason. We are Mexican and my husband who is a US Navy Veteran is covered in tattoos so I guess it would be easy to profile us however we have never ever experienced that until this trip. We probably met 100 new people a day from food places, museums, bars and only 1 out of 100 were rude so we just let it roll off our backs and tried to keep enjoying our trip. However, Ginny worked at the hotel and was the first person we saw every morning. When we got to the continental breakfast the first morning she looked at and frowned, walked over to us, and with the most condescending voice said “you do know breakfast is not free?” My husband and I looked at each other and responded “Oh yes, of course we have our voucher tickets.” And she said “okay good and then walked away.” We stood there for a second and I grabbed my husbands hand and said “forget her, let’s eat baby.” We got food while she watched us and corrected me twice while I used the waffle maker. We sat down and ate. She went around talking to guests, refilling coffee and water, taking plates but never stopped at our table. That was okay though since we didn’t want to be interrupted by her bad energy. She was rude to us the next morning as well so on Monday we opted to not eat there. Then on our last morning before checkout she refused to let us eat. We went over and it was closing down and almost 10. We thought it ended at 11 like on the weekend. Another tall white man was there and was telling her the same thing. He said “oh, I’m so sorry I thought it was 11.” She was so nice to him and made him a plate of food and toast while we stood there also. The entire lobby was empty. When we was done talking and serving him a plate my husband said that he was sorry but thought it was over at 11 also and if we could just get some toast please. She said no, that it was over and she was putting the last of the bread away. We said okay and proceeded to walk away. The front desk concierge heard this and came out from the front desk and went over and was so nice to us. She said “don’t mind her” and went over and said can we please give these guests some food. Ginny was rude to her, rolled her eyes and said the same thing she told us that breakfast was over. To note the concierge was an African American queen tho, she was so sweet. It got uncomfortable and we told the concierge “no worries, we will go across the street for food.”

I will remember many things from my trip. The friends I made, the beautiful memories, weather, and food. But I will forever remember the way Ginny treated us, I will remember the racism is alive and well. She did her very best to make us feel small, unwanted, and beneath her every single morning. She would not serve us, help us, or even talk to us. Ginny, you did not win. You’ll still be serving people eggs while I go on with my life but trust me honey. Now that I’m home. I’m coming for your job sweetheart because you do not deserve to work in hospitality.

Great location. Feels safe and upscale in this neighborhood. We only stayed for one night but we’re really pleased with our stay. The room was clean and everything was updated. Would stay again.

My teenager and I stayed here this past weekend during a volleyball tournament. Honestly our experience was just mediocre. The location was good, the bed was comfortable and the lobby was nice but for the price I was expecting more. We found a couple of bugs in the room and housekeeping never showed up despite a specific request. A basic continental breakfast was $9 and if you wanted more it was $15. Staff was friendly but did nothing to resolve our issues and didn't offer anything other than a shoulder shrug...they explained that the issues with housekeeping had been reported by other guests several times that day. A stay at hotel like this should have felt like a treat but we were left feeling very underwhelmed.

Overall, it was an alright stay, but there were certainly cons. At least the staff were nice, and the office dog alone gave it +1 star. The guest internet was down Monday-Wednesday. Elevators are old and slow, bathrooms have practically no ventilation so by the time you finish your shower you can hardly see through the mist, some stuff is conspicuously new while other things like the mattress should have been replaced by now. It was all over the place. The Indian food place nearby was pretty good.

Almost 1 hour to get non-feather pillows, NONE in the room; bed incredibly uncomfortable; NO Keurig machine (just a cheap machine with 'pads'); woken up at 6:30 by loud family in an 'adjoining' room. Front desk never told me the charge ($75 for incidentals?)until he rang it. Had to stop because of dangerous weather and expected service to be comparable to the Hilton name. Marriott across the street would have been a better choice.
