Hot Chicken Takeover brought Nashville heat to Columbus. The Hot level actually means hot. X-Hot is for people who hate their taste buds. They give you white bread and pickles to cool down between bites. Cash only, which annoys some people.
Seventh Son Brewing cranks out IPAs in the Italian Village. Proliferous IPA wins medals every year. Taproom gets packed on Friday and Saturday nights. Standing room only sometimes, but that’s part of it.

I stayed here for four nights and I was very satisfied. My room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and fresh and well stocked. This hotel is not an upscale establishment by any means but it was a comfortable place to stay, a great value for the price, and I have zero complaints.

Great place! Booked for one night and was in and out with ease. The guest service experience was professional, polite and friendly. They offered Free Breakfast and had clean rooms! Would revisit and would recommend.

Very friendly staff, very clean and well maintained, very good breakfast. We had a King Suite - Disability Access Roll in Shower and it was an amazing room. The lights are located near the bottom so that anyone in a wheelchair can easily access it. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is attached to the shower stall and they are very good quality. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. TV channel lineup was great compared to other hotels we’ve been at. The pool was also very nice - sadly the hot tub was not working. Everything is about 20 min away.

Cons: The ice machine was all the way at the other side of the building, the toilet paper was not the greatest and we had to buy our own. The construction was a little hard to get thru when heading out of the hotel, but that is not their fault.

Still a 5/5 and will definitely choose this hotel again!

This hotel is not really large but has all the amenities you could want. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable beds. I can't say enough about the friendly staff throughout. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the complementary hot breakfast and the attention provided by the attendant. By far one of my best hotel experiences.

Super nice hotel. Great staff and free breakfast. Price is very reasonable. Perfectly clean all over.
Location a bit difficult to find due to construction and street sign missing. Can't do much better than this hotel, I loved it!!!!

We were not here long as we just needed to stay a night on our long journey.

Check-in: staff was very polite, professional and helpful

Room: no carpet in our room (I like this as I feel it is easier to clean the LVT), bed was very nice, shower was satisfactory, I really wish there was a vent in the bathroom to clear out steam from the shower.

Breakfast: Many options to choose and we enjoyed our breakfast very much, it felt like a good value.

Stayed here with my family, including a year old infant for 3 nights. Rooms and the entire hotel were well maintained and they were so clean and tidy. All the amenities and services they highlighted were reachable and were in good working condition. The Staff were polite and helped all along the stay. No extra cost for parking. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub as much as we could. Morning breakfast was good and items were refilled quickly. The only concern was that you could hear outside noise from people passing by your room. Ultimately I would recommend this for anyone one who prefers to stay in a budget hotel with cleanliness as their top focus.

Came into town for an overnight with 3 kids. No hot tub was disappointing first. Pool overall okay other than that. Fridge leaking all over floor was somewhat annoying. We stayed in a suite and it was very small.
Woke up to discover our truck had - had the window smashed out and broken into- glass everywhere in and out of vehicle. Vehicle gone thru looking for items to steal.
When going to front desk to report what happened the First Lady said basically nothing - got manager-
Manager said “o ya it’s been happening”
Gave me paper to fill out.
No interest in assisting to make police report, no interest in looking at video surveillance (was told that’s 12 hours to go thru… umm ya fast forward to part people bust my window out maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️)
Honestly with 3 kids in tow and a life to live I just left - cleaned glass good I could by myself- went and got something at local store to cover window enough to get home as it’s below 30 degrees.
They would not come outside- did not come clean glass out of parking lot- just nothing..
I couldn’t have been calmer or nicer because that’s example I give the kids.. but unfortunately they disappointed on a level that is below zero stars.
I will ensure to never recommend and even steer every person I know to never ever stay or support their hotel- which is a first for me.

They Have Posted On There Website They Have A Hot Tub. But It Is Filled In. Very Disapointing For Tavelers. That's Why We're Picked Here.
Most Staff Was Friendly Except The Breakfast Person. Recommend They Warm There Pool More So The Adults Could Atleast Enjoy The Pool.

I REALLY wanted to like this place and our family spent the "extra money" to have the nice pool. (Which needs a SCRUBBING!!!)
Check in was fast and Friendly. I booked it in my wifes name for travel security reasons.
Hotel itslef looked nice and clean.

Rooms were clean at first glance.

Shower had black mold growing on shelf. The sink had had grime in it and needed cleaning by an employee who CARES...not your 5 minutes and its done housekeeping....TRUST ME.
Ive seen a lot of hotels and typically their "FML Attitude" Housekeeping staff is behind the place goimg from "daily cleaning maintenance" to DEEP CLEANING DERVICES REQUIRED!
MAYBE FOLLOW UP ON YOUR EMPLOYEES AND FIRE HOUSKEEPING MANAGER

Great location - indoor pool is very kid friendly but prepare to have temporary hearing loss if you're there on a weekend. Very crowded and loud. Close proximity to highway, ikea, and many restaurants. Room was good. Breakfast left a bit to be desired - things were not refilled or not refilled promptly. Not sure if it was just an extra busy weekend or what given the state fair was going on. Front desk staff was great. Overall, would visit again but preferably during the week!

Stayed there last week Wed and Thursday, best sleep I've ever gotten! Beds were so comfy and pillows were awesome! Trying to find out which pillows they were. 5 y.o. grandson had a blast and loved the pool. Will definitely stay there again! Thank you for helping us have a great, short vacation!

The rooms were good size. We had a handicap accessible room right near the elevator. We had to call about the TV, but the desk clerk was there in less than 5 minutes to take care of it. You didn't hear noise from the traffic or other rooms. There was a mini fridge & a microwave in the room. The wifi was easy to connect to & there was a little mini store beside the desk. In the morning, the breakfast was fresh & hot. There were scrambled eggs & omelets, 2 types of sausage, 3 juices, dry cereal & oatmeal, milk & yogurt, silver dollar pancakes, warm cinnamon rolls & muffins. The breakfast attendant was friendly & made sure the breakfast items were always filled. The pool, workout room & business center were nice. Would recommend if you need a room in the area. I will stay there again.

Really nice place to stay. I have family that live in Columbus,Ohio. And it's hard to figure out online the best neighborhoods to book a hotel. I really liked the Holiday Inn Express near Polaris. It was great to be able to unwind from a long drive and not worry about my safety. Everyone there was so nice . The room was comfortable and I like that the hotel had quiet hours. I slept pretty good even though I was away from home. Thanks for the great stay, I'll be back on my next trip.
