Very nice hotel, staff was polite except the cleaning lady. She made her way in our room even knowing we were in there and then placed her cart in front of our door making our way out very difficult with the trolley. Pancakes were tasteful.

Took my wife here for her birthday $200 a night 5 nights, Had to argue with the maids for toilet paper because I didn’t want house keeping only toilet paper they gave me a hard time. Then the elevator went out for 12 hours!! The side doors didn’t want to work which is a fire hazard, I was locked out multiple times and the guest laundry was broken as well. For $200 a night was very disappointed with all the problems and rudeness of the staff. Was not a good experience or memorable experience for her birthday

I was not happy with the surprise additional service charge

This hotel is very, very nice! The staff are very sweet and friendly. My room and the hotel in general were incredibly clean. When you walk into the lobby, you immediately smell white tea and sage, I think? Very calming and like you are home. At least, that's how I felt. My room was very spacious. Great water presser. This will be my main hotel when I travel to Concord.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The lobby, elevators and bar area have been renovated. The room I stayed in was clean and odor free. The beds we're comfortable. Strong water pressure. Air conditioner worked and the room felt like an ice box. My room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and mini microwave. The reason for 4 stars is the furniture was dated and badly chipped. Functional just not visually appealing. The pool area was clean and well stocked with towels.

Enjoyed my stay here, everything was just right from the rooms to the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful when needing assistance.
Plenty to choose from for breakfast including fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy. Not to mention the muffins and waffle maker, that's always a nice touch. They're also surrounded by dozens of restaurants that are within walking distance.

We were not impressed with this hotel, especially not for the price. We paid over $200 for this room for one night, only to get here and the room felt dark, run down, and uninviting. There were multiple holes in the wall and the ceiling above the shower was cracked, the bathtub also either had gouges in it or some kind of paint splatter? The room wasn’t clean, the bathroom door was nasty and the air vent in the restroom hadn’t been properly cleaned out, the desk chair had stains on it and there were cobwebs in the corners of the bottom of the bed. Speaking of the bed, the mattress was hard. I’m a side sleeper and woke up with hip pain. I’m only giving two stars because breakfast was okay and the man who checked us in was nice. I definitely would not recommend staying here, my partner and I couldn’t wait to leave.

Rooms were very clean. Nice staff. Very good breakfast, nice presentation. I'm an associate at a competitive hotel and I went back to my place of employment talking of how great a stay this was for our Family Gathering.

I spent three nights here on vacation. I booked a king suite online in advance. Checked in and discovered that it was no longer available someone had sold it. Received bonus points for the inconvenience. Arrived to my room and upon inspection of my room I discovered that there was a white residue on my window preventing me from enjoying the view. The room was clean but the bathroom was semi clean. Looked as if someone had urinated in the toilet. Breakfast was from 6 to 10 am. When breakfast items became extremely low. Staff were very hesitant about restocking the supply due to the fact that it was almost time for breakfast to end. As much as the rates are that should never have been a issue. The lobby area was leaking water from the ceiling in the mornings. Some of the front desk staff were friendly. Others were not. In my conclusion if I had to stay here again versus finding another hotel. I would find another place to lodge.

Front desk staff is amazing, and they definitely go above and beyond. I was visiting family yesterday And they exceeded our needs. They even gave us a brand new blow dryer up to our room Which we thought was pretty awesome. The pool was honestly great as well. The kids loved it. Everyone was super friendly And there are so many restaurants within walking distance And just around, which was great to have different options. But overall, this hotel is fantastic. And definitely look forward to staying again in the future.
