🧼 Sparkling clean lobby, welcoming and tidy. 🙌 Outstanding customer service, friendly and helpful. 🛌 Cozy and clean bedroom, perfect for a good night’s sleep. 🚿 Neat and tidy restroom, well-maintained. 🌿 Beautifully clean landscaping and grounds, a pleasure to walk around. 🌇 Clean surrounding area, felt safe and well-cared for. 🤣🤣🤣 The Whataburger across the street is the fastest Whataburger experience we have ever had in life! Hot, fresh fries and food 🍔
Spotless the minute I walked into the lobby. Front desk clerk was neat and pleasant. I searched for reasonable price and for the area BW had it. There's a. $25 pet fee and discount on room if you have AAA, CDL, & others. On state line and even though truck stops in area I found it quiet at this hotel. Breakfast served as well. Parking is a little tight if you have large vehicle. Well lit and clean outside building.
This is a really nice hotel. We’ve booked here several times while traveling. Some folks are loud, which ruins our personal sleep sometimes. Other than that, always have enough towels. Always have a good breakfast, it’s clean, the rooms are clean. The premise is clean. Bathrooms are clean. It seems to be freshly built. We really love utilizing our rewards in every Best Western Plus. The Anthony location is always a preference. Thank you staff god the hospitality and great service.
I like all the best western hotels cause of their layout and usually the staff is nice, at this one i didn't get the full experience cause I had to leave extra early. Everything else was nice overall
This hotel is minutes from the NM boarder and under 30 minutes from El Paso. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. My biggest problem had nothing to do with the hotel. This location is very close to lots of dining, truck stops, and I10, which is great! But with that, you get a lot of the outside noise from the busy area. Maybe get a room on the left side and away from the street. But overall, a very pleasant stay.
It was nice, the people who work there are friendly. The illegal migrant thing in El Paso right now is crazy. There were people mulling around the lobby all night who obviously weren't staying there.
Everything was going great until we got to our room. The hallway was extremely hot considering it was already hot being summer and in Texas. Our room was ok, but the floor was squeaking a little to loud. The tub was a little scary. Seemed that it was going to fall through the floor. Kinda sanked a little. No cold water.
Great little hotel. It was very clean, staff were friendly, and good place to stay for a low budget without staying at a rundown hotel. I gave it a 4 stars only because the security back door doesn't work, while we didn't run into any issues, it could pose a problem. Floors were creaky, and had issues with the drawers, but overall not a bad place.
