The location was good and I didn’t have to fight for parking. But other than that it was not that great. The room itself had a hint of wet animation smell and once we laid on the beds, the sheets always seemed to have a faint urine smell. The door keys we were given had to be reactivated at least 5 times each day. They first time they said that it was because we put our phone too close to it and after that I started carrying them in my walker, AWAY from the phones but they still didn’t work. They claim to have a heated pool but it was not heated at all. Only 3 of the 8 jets worked and I had to request towels for the pool as they were not stocked in the pool area. Everything request I made was dry me with a smile and they were apologetic for the situation. Room service/cleaning was pushy and did not want to come back later and clean after we told them that our kids were changing and we needed a minute. About half of the outlets in our room (204) did not work either.

I stayed with my husband and our esa (dog). They were very accommodating to the fact he was bigger than their limits and that I am physically disabled. Will definitely stay again in the future

Room was good, service was not so good as they charged me twice for one stay that I reserved and paid for through my bank's travel service. Told me the extra charge was a deposit that would be refunded at checkout but 7 days later there's no refund. You've been warned...

I only needed the room for a few hours but the guy was very accommodating. The rooms were spotless the bathroom was spotless and the air conditioner was cold. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Near everything. One block. Away from Evansville Harley Davidson.
Tons of close restaurants. Indoor pool.. the staff is super sweet and professional. Hubby and I decided this will be where we stay again.

Clean room, nice and firm queen beds, decent-sized bathroom, and convenient location.
The desk clerk was very nice and helpful.
This is an older hotel, so there are some marks on the ceilings, walls, and floors/carpets, but that is to be expected. (This is the reason for the 4 star on the room score.)
We will definitely stay here again.

I had a good stay and feel the price I booked was fair. Room was clean and fairly maintained. TV and WiFi worked well. It was convenient to many different restaurants. Bed was pretty firm which was great for my back. I like firm but if you don't, this may not work for you. They also weren't stingy with pillows. Happy with my stay. If I'm working in the area again, I will be back.

The bed was more comfortable than a lot of pricier hotels I've stayed at, the room was clean & they have hot breakfast. The night staff at the front desk was also very friendly.

We stayed here while passing thru on a motorcycle trip. Hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. A few small maintenance items that could improve the overall experience.

I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, so I review each one. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. Check in went smoothly. My room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. All the stated amenities were in place, such as the microwave, in room coffee and small refrigerator. The hotel does have a luggage cart. My air conditioner/heater worked quite well. The television had a great selection of channels and a good picture. The pool and guest laundry were clean, it's $2 each to wash/dry. The snack machine isn't stocked with much, but there is a truck stop just up the lane. It was a pleasant three day stay, I'd certainly stay here again if needed.

Stopped in while traveling back home and couldn't stay awake anymore. The girl at the desk was great. Fast, efficient, and very pleasant. The room was great. Bed comfortable, water pressure in the shower perfect, and very clean. Only had a quick bagel for breakfast, but the rest looked good, too. The girl at checkout was a pleasure to interact with, as well as the one at checkin. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Rooms were not pre air conditioned, making it stuffy and difficult to get comfortable. There was a layer of dust everywhere. Stains on the bed. White powder on the floor and night stand. Stange odor in the breakfast area making eating unpleasant. Broken elevator. Dirty staircase. Don't stay here. Only saving grace was our check-in was pleasant.
