This guide helps you find the best neighborhood and Jacuzzi suite in St. Louis. It is aimed at all types of travel, including romantic weekend getaways, family vacations, and business travel.
Which Areas Have the Best Jacuzzi Hotels in St. Louis?
There are about 5 hot tub hotels in Downtown St. Louis and the Arch corridor, generally ranging between $130 and $190 per night. In terms of nightly rates, this area is the most event-sensitive. Situated inside a historic bank building, Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Archhas a lovely eighth-floor terrace with views of Gateway Arch National Park and the Mississippi River, a fitness center, and the awesome Carmine's Steakhouse for fine dining. A room with a private Jacuzzi at Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch costs around $162 per night. Nearby, Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch sits inside a high-rise structure and offers easy access to both Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. In addition to 4 on-site restaurants, a sports bar, and a business center, the hotel offers modern guestrooms with private in-bathroom spa tubs. Factor in roughly $190–$220 per day for a hot tub room at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, depending on the season. This area is ideal for being super close to tourist sites, but parking fees and event-driven rate spikes are quite common.
Moving west, the Clayton and Central West End areas offer a quieter, more residential vibe, about 8–10 miles from the Arch. Couples can stay at the Clayton Plaza Hotel, known for its in-room heart-shaped Jacuzzis, which usually run between $109 and $157 a night. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a nice outdoor terrace where you can relax with a drink or two. Average rates in this area usually fall between $100 and $160, with easier parking and larger suites than in downtown St Louis.
Down South, the Fenton and southern corridor are all about value and romantic accommodations with unique tubs. We found two heart-shaped Jacuzzi suites here, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fenton and Super 8 by Wyndham O’Fallon, MO/St. Louis Area, Missouri. This area generally prices between $75 and $130 per night and sits roughly 20 miles from downtown, making it more private and less influenced by festival and corporate events.
The highest concentration (13) of hot tub suites in St Louis can be found further west, in suburban areas such as Chesterfield, Fairview Heights, and Maryland. Ameristar Casino Resort and Spa in St. Charles, located about 25 miles from downtown, has lovely rooms with in-room spa tubs positioned right by the window. Rates across this broader suburban corridor typically remain within the $85 to $150 range.
What Types of Hot Tub Rooms Are Available in St. Louis?
Travelers will find a few Jacuzzi layouts in St. Louis. Hot tubs positioned inside spa-style bathrooms are common in downtown high-rise hotels such as Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch and Drury Plaza at the Arch. The second category includes classic in-room whirlpool platform suites, typically found in suburban properties. There are also a couple of heart-shaped Jacuzzi suites, which mostly attract tourists visiting St. Louis.
Which Events Cause Price Compression for St. Louis Jacuzzi Suites?
Downtown St. Louis experiences the sharpest rate increases during St. Louis Cardinals home games at Busch Stadium, particularly weekend series. Also, large conventions at America’s Center Convention Complex can push central hotel rates beyond the $155 mid-band quickly.
Seasonal events such as Mardi Gras in Soulard and Fair St. Louis near the Arch also increase downtown demand. In contrast, southern and suburban corridors maintain steadier pricing and availability during these periods.
Deciding where to stay in St Louis really depends on the type of your visit. If you want easy access to tourist spots, the Arch-facing hotels with Jacuzzi suites work great. Clayton is great for proximity to Forest Park / Washington University, while Airport / North & West suburbs are less affected by annual events and offer reasonably priced hotels with spa tubs in St Louis throughout the year.

We held an anniversary event here. The staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent, and the staff were great. There was room for indoor and outdoor activities, which worked well for the young children in our group.
Some in our group arrived late, after the food had been pulled. The staff graciously still made up plates for these people.
It was great to be able to use the house sound system and TV (powerpoint).
The room was spacious and airy.
The food was rapidly replenished as we consumed it. Plates were cleated from tables.
The facility was neat and clean.
Our scheduling needs were accommodated prior to the event. We were not rushed, and our questions were answered.
On the day of the event, our needs were met as requested. The staff not only did everything on the contract, but also did that extra bit for us.
Took my wife for her birthday and The Lodge and Clark did not disappoint!!! This is a lovely cozy romantic cabin vibe. Would love to visit again in the winter. The breakfast was superb!! Clark’s quiche was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a real good time!!!
This was an incredible venue to have our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Jordan who was our organizer/coordinator was amazing. Every detail was taken care of with care and diligence. I can’t say enough about how the staff made us feel so comfortable and inviting. We rented the whole place out and it was the best decision ever. My family enjoyed the bonfire outside, all of their rooms were outstanding. The breakfast that the chef prepared the next morning tasted wonderful. If we are ever in need of another near magical venue in the future, we will definitely come back and enjoy another evening with The Lodge at Grants Trail. Thanks again for the beautiful Memories! 🥰💖
The location for us was great, our niece lives in the sub directly across the highway. Our room ; The Mississippi, was nice but a little to small. We didn't see anyone when we self checked in and all night. in the morning we met the hostess/cook/waitress who was really nice and chatted with us for a bit. It was a nice place, way better then a hotel and we will most likely be staying there again.
Very comfortable and clean. Staff are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend these accommodations if you are looking for a better solution to the chain hotel/motel experience. Close enough to Downtown St. Louis, the travel isn't bad but far enough away that your comfort is assured. Morning breakfast is prepared by an excellent Chef and served fresh and hot. The dining room Matron is warm, friendly, and sincere.
Very nice place. We were there just for a night. But, we enjoyed it. Very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent. Had some good choices. The waitress was awesome. She has been there for 18 years. Highly recommend!!!
We were in STL for a concert at River City Casino. We had plans to stay there, but they increased rooms to an absurd amount. So we looked and found here at an affordable rate. We loved the facility and the themed rooms. Breakfast was simply put amazing. Friendly staff. Next time we stay overnight in STL they will be our first call
For slightly more than a standard hotel, you get a fun themed hotel with a great breakfast. The only negative is the thematic beds can be a bit squeaky and you might get some road noise depending on your room.
Stayed just 1 night but was extremely pleased with the site and accommodations. Great location with easy access to the interstate. But still has an air of seclusion. Convenient to the Greenway with a short walk to the entrance. The lodge makes a great location for a weekend getaway. The rooms are nicely decorated in themes. Found our room to be quite comfortable. Breakfast seemed personalized and was very good. Just an overall friendly atmosphere where you, as a guest, feel appreciated.
My husband and I spent his birthday and our first anniversary in Saint Louis. We stayed at the Lodge in the Mary Lincoln room. It was so beyond different than any other experience of staying somewhere. The tub was the perfect cherry on top. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family stay, but it was GREAT romantic couple getaway.
It was like coming to a family member’s very cool house. In fact, I read the breakfast time wrong. We showed up 15 min past the end time, and Vicki made both of us a delicious meal from scratch. I couldn’t have been more impressed with her or the place. Just book it!!
The lodge has such a unique look to it! Once you enter the front door, it's almost like you feel as if you've been transported into the great outdoors. The dark wood and tall ceilings give the bldg a mighty feel to it. You can get some creative shots inside and outside here for your wedding!
What a wonderful place to stay. It was comfortable, peaceful, and fun. My sister and I travel together a lot and this was one of the most charming places we have stayed. We were in the Christmas room and we were feeling the nostalgia of Christmas past. We played games downstairs in the great room/dining area. We loved looking around the lodge at all the neat, beautiful, and interesting decor. Fireplaces were everywhere, it was so cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. We would love to stay here again on our next St. Louis visit.
It was an attractive lodge with cozy rooms, the problem is that when there is an event you are confined to the small room. We were stuck with access to nothing but tap water and a Styrofoam cup while the area immediately beyond our door had people yelling, children crying and a full PA system for their party until 10:30. I attempted to call but the phone was not staffed. I emailed and received no response. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
I don't write reviews but i feel like this place deserves a rating. I brought my husband here for a little getaway for his birthday weekend and took him to the baseball game . The check in process was great and i was able to check in earlier then the 2 pm check in( i asked before if that was ok to go early). I was a little worried that it was a contactless check-in but once i received the information on how to check in and what to do it was quite easy. I ordered Wine and chocolate covered strawberries it was an extra cost but it was worth it to me. We stayed in the Mississippi room and i liked the balcony out to the back. I liked that breakfast is included and parking is free and right there next to the lodge. I like that it's has trees all around to make it seem like your in the woods but in reality your not. It's not far from the exit and right off the highway if you need to go somewhere quick. We live like 30 mins away but it was a nice little getway and a nice change of scenery i can't wait to go again.
My girlfriend and I met her family at the Four Seasons on our way to Missouri for Christmas. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, and were able to accommodate any question or request we had. Clearly very high-end, however a little dated in comparison to some of the smaller, newer, boutique hotels we usually gravitate toward. However the views of the St. Louis river and the Arch were very nice, and could be easily seen from their rooftop terrace or the on-site, “Gordan Ramseys Kitchen”. The hotel was also very accommodating to our dog whom joined us on the trip. That being said, considering the scale of the hotel, it’s difficult to come and go very efficiently when needing to take him for walks. There are plenty of walking paths around(including leading directly to the Arch), but it was difficult to find green space in the immediate area, and overall there were still some unsavory folks and homeless individuals hanging around the area, though I suspect that may in part be due to its vicinity to the casino next door. All that being said, we never felt unsafe, and it was clear the doormen were paying careful attention when we were outside walking our dog. The gym was very nice and spacious, including plenty of weight lifting machines. Of course, the dumbells were limited (up to 50), but I understand that is pretty standard for hotels. Overall, one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve used. Finally, Gordon Ramseys kitchen was very nice and highfalutin, but there were a couple items which I felt were unreasonably pricy considering the substance (for instance the added chicken to our salad was $15 for about 3oz). As well, when we picked up our order, they forgot a couple things. So we needed to make a separate trip. Of course, we neglected to make a reservation, so I’m willing to give this a mulligan, especially considering the breakfast we had the next day, which was absolutely divine. As well, the cocktails we had at the bar were perhaps some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel.
We had the pleasure of staying at the 4 Seasons in St. Louis for 4 nights during the SC conference at the America's Center. The 4 Seasons, St. Louis, was everything that you would expect from a luxury hotel. The rooms are large and well-appointed, every member of the staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful, and the common areas are quite nice and well-maintained. We dined at Gordon Ramsey's twice and were impressed with the quality of the food and the staff. They were extremely busy, but the staff remained calm and collected at all times. While you expect a high level of service at a 4 Seasons, it is always appreciated when it is delivered.
Excellent stay with incredible amenities. The pairing with @ramseykitchen restaurant was so smart. The food we got late after checking in from Ramsey kitchen was the best food I have had in a long time with incredible service from the hotel. The front desk was very professional and even the door man was personable, noticing my son wearing cleats, and wished my son good luck on his soccer game. Not to mention how good the hotel smells everywhere! I also used the gym which had everything I needed to get it in. A must stay
Our stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Atharva at the front desk set the tone with his courteous and welcoming attitude, taking time to explain all the amenities in detail. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional and genuinely attentive.
The amenities were top-notch. The sauna and steam room were incredibly relaxing, and the staff there were just as kind and professional. Our room was super comfortable, and the Arch view was the icing on the cake.
Dinner at Ramsay’s Kitchen was just okay, but breakfast was fantastic. Delicious food and great service. Overall, an exceptional stay with world-class hospitality. Highly recommend!
Stayed one night and was blown away by the service. From the valet to check-in, everything was seamless. Room service arrived in under 20 minutes, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and professional. Our bags were already waiting in the room before we even walked through the door — impressive attention to detail from start to finish.
We had gone for an event (wedding ceremony and reception there after. Beautiful suntop place where the Hindu wedding took place. Beautiful scenery outside, the river, the arch. Everything was perfect. The people working there were the best I have experienced in a long time in 5* hotels. Very curtious, very kind, and very, very helpful. 11 on 10. The food at the cocktail party was great. Dinner was even better. My compliments to all the chefs who made the food. The highlight for me was the fish dish. 11 on 10 once again. If you are in St Louis and you have an event, this is the place you want to host the event. Wonderful experience, one to remember for a long time. Cheers Four Seasons.
Love the graffiti all over St. Louis but by the Lumiere Casino/Hotel there's truly some unique gems! Beautiful hotel, with comfortable beds, and very clean. The staff is very cautious and kind. Amazing views on every side of the hotel.
Dark inside building! Very big rooms with mini bar, small dining table with 2 chairs, and has 2 separate t.v in each room. Feels like 2 rooms combined or a living room conjoined. Beds are small twins but plenty big enough for one person in each bed. Parking is accessible across the street and you must use room key/card for elevator access and movement. Not a bad price for size of room, and the 4th floor connects to casino!
Did not stay overnight. Was there for a training course. Free parking right across the little street in downtown. Employee held entrance door for me in and out. Beautiful water fall and art inside. Cozy small conference area with huge windows and a good-sized deck overlooking the Mississippi River. A/C was too cold, so basking in the sunshine was nice during the break between classes. Good size classrooms with large screens. Chairs were comfortable enough. Buffet food was presented nicely, delicious, and served at a good temperature. Ceramic plates, metal utensils, and cloth napkins.
Was in town for a Birthday, first time to STL. This hotel lives up to the four seasons name.
- beautiful, clean rooms with fantastic views - fast and exquisite room service - beautiful outdoor pool deck with a kind staff - the whole place smells great (need to sell the fragrance for home) - free parking - folks working the door couldn’t be more polite - RK is a great place to eat
Iyad is the best manager I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was so kind and professional - making sure we had a great 3 night stay. I am grateful to have met him.
Kelley the executive chef also took time with me to review the menu in the kitchen. Very classy.
Only feedback I have is - more coffee and muffins in the AM as they run low and it’s a great perk ❤️
Had an amazing day at the spa; massages, pedicures, and facials. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Will absolutely go back. The only issue was that while making the reservation, I expressed interest in getting pool passes, which I was told we could purchase the day of our spa services. About a half hour before we arrived, I received a call from staff stating that because it was a holiday we could not get pool passes because the hotel was at capacity. After our spa services, we walked up to the rooftop pool, and it was empty. The hotel needs to re-evaluate that policy. I would have loved to have enjoyed the beautiful weather and the pool. However, we did receive credit on our profiles for a future visit, so I can't really complain.
My first time here. Wanted to come celebrate my birthday here. The service was mediocre at best. They had drilling going on and they didn’t compensate the guest. Ppl came in my room while I was sleep and put their hands on me. Management never reached out to me. I had an old menu in my room when ordering room service. The upside is the food is delicious, the restaurant marvelous, the pool is wonderful and the service of the spa is top notch. Definitely come for the those things just be careful because they don’t care about about things that happen to you they want their money.
They enter your room at 9pm every night and help themselves to your personal belongings. I came back to find items stolen by housekeeping. They said they have 9pm turndown service and will enter unless you ask otherwise but they don't disclose ahead of time upon checkin.
They took it upon themselves to steal my tea bags, my cream, my honey, my ketchup, my hot sauce, all that had come with my breakfast from yesterday.
9pm is way too late for turndown service. Many people are undressed or asleep at that time.
They don't seem to have Do not disturb signs, or they are hidden because they apparently want an excuse to ransack your room and belongings.
I attempted to call corporate office in Toronto but they do not want to speak. They hung on me repeatedly. Then they called me from Ontario pretending to be "the phone company" saying my phone number was blocked. After I asked what phone company, they asked why I want to know and I stated because I think they are lying. Then a second man came on the line saying they were Four Seasons. They claimed corporate office would call me but that hasn't happened.
Also, the Customer Service line promised a call back from corporate office that hasn't arrived. Also, the Toronto Four Seasons promised a call back from corporate office that hasn't arrived.
How many times must they lie, steal, avoid, and impersonate?
They refused to provide any compensation despite invading my privacy, my present occupancy, my trust, and my right to quiet enjoyment.
I have reported theft to St. Louis PD.
Four Seasons cannot be trusted, they are cleary Rotten to the core, not just this property but the whole company. Spending tens of thousands of dollars across multiple properties does not even cause them to care. Amazingly they don't care about customers or money. Not sure why they exist.
Update: Corporate office refuses to provide compensation and believes they have the right to take my belongings at whim. See you in Court.
Great property near the Arch in downtown. The team is super nice. Great coffee in the lobby each morning; no gluten-free options, but regular muffins are available. The fitness room is small, but has the essentials. The ballrooms are lovely, and catering team is considerate of food allergies.
As a wedding photographer, I had the pleasure of capturing a wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis, MO, and I must say it was an absolutely stunning experience. The hotel's grandeur and sophistication added a touch of elegance to the entire event.
The Four Seasons Hotel is not only visually stunning, but the staff is also incredibly professional and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and the level of service remained consistently exceptional throughout my stay. The staff was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the wedding party and guests were well taken care of.
The hotel's ballroom provided the perfect setting for the wedding ceremony and reception. The natural lighting was just right for capturing beautiful photos, and the decor was impeccable, creating a luxurious and romantic atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall wedding experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, MO to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding venue. As a photographer, I can confidently say that this is one of the most beautiful and memorable venues I have had the pleasure of working in.
Fantastic experience, great service & staff, the suites are extremely beautiful, & roomy! Spent some time here with a friend of mine, she & I both had a super fun time, visited the arch while we were downtown so close. I'm from & currently live in Saint Louis, but I don't get much opportunities to do things like this. Next time I've got the opportunity again, it's something I'd definitely do again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting, or traveling through Saint Louis, Missouri. You won't regret it!
I had my wedding ceremony and reception at this beautiful hotel on September 17, 2022. The venue is perfect for an elegant event on the terrace or the large ballroom, we utilized both spaces for roughly 250 guests. Kristen was very helpful, understanding and accommodating throughout our wedding journey. The execution of the ceremony and reception on the wedding day was flawless. We actually got a lot of compliments from our guests about the smoothness of the evening, the food and impeccable service. I truly wanted to give this venue a 5 star rating, but there were some service and guest issues that could not be ignored. The first thing that happened the day before wedding was that our shower in the bridal suite was completely clogged, and there was standing water. After hours of trying to clear the clog, we were moved to a different suite. Secondly, most of our guests were also staying at the hotel, and the day before the wedding, more than 50% of the guest rooms were not ready by 6pm. We had a rehearsal dinner at 6:30pm, so this inconvenienced a lot of people, including my new husband’s parents and my own family. The room service was pretty non-existent as far as responding to requests. The straw that really broke the camel’s back was that we paid for about 21 rooms between both of our families months ahead of time, so the check in and check out process should have been flawless for them. The day after the wedding, we received several phone calls about everyone’s cards being charged for overnight stays that were already paid for by my husband and I. Essentially the hotel double charged over 50 % of the rooms. That was so embarrassing and inconvenient to deal with while we were at the airport leaving for our honeymoon. The hotel manager did rectify the situation and corrected everything. However, for as much as they charge and pride themselves on a luxurious customer experience, we were more than disappointed. The wedding was beautiful, but the behind the scenes issues were horrific.
Fantastic hotel from start to finish. Exactly the stellar service you'd expect from a place of this caliber. Location is very convenient to the riverfront and Arch. Parking very easy.
My biggest and only complaint is that, like many places on this level, they won't allow you to handle your own luggage with a cart. We sat waiting in our hotel room for 20 minutes just twiddling our thumbs because no one was coming, but they wouldn't let me just do it myself.
