"I went there by accident while I was parking my car to charge the battery. It was truly fantastic! The ambiance, view, people, food, and drinks were all awesome. Everything there makes you feel like you could stay the whole day. The staff was so friendly. The prices were a bit high, but you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommended!"

- There is a club that was bumping music until 2AM at the hotel and I wasn’t given the opportunity to change rooms.
- Overpriced for what it is

I just returned from a four night stay at this hotel and I honestly had the most perfect stay. Every single hotel employee from the front desk to the valet was nice and helpful. Yeah the valet is $70 but my car was safe and I didn’t need to wait hours for it when I wanted to go somewhere. Shower pressure could be better but hospitality is more important to me. (I wasn’t visiting Cali to complain about water pressure. Ha.) This hotel will be my new standard when traveling to Marriott properties. I cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for everything!!

We had an inconsistent experience here in our four day stay. Our room had empty glasses outside the front door when we arrived from the last guests. Rooftop food was legitimately bad. Very difficult to get a hold of front desk staff from the room, phone is not maintained. Sauna is still not open “due to covid.” While some components of the hotel are nice (gym), I would not consider this a luxury hotel and would not stay again.

Funky hotel near the heart of Beverly Hills—if you like serious retro decor, this is the place. Our room was decent, but wasn’t really set up for our needs. There were three of us, but there were only setups for two. The empty table and desk space was filled with high-priced alcohol and bottled water. We had to move it all to make room for our own needs. The shower was awful! We had to hold it with one hand while washing ourselves. The holder for the shower head was too low to be practical. I wish the designers tried them out before choosing the type to install. Staff was friendly, and the valet team was especially helpful. Thanks for the stay.

My boyfriend and I stay here was amazing! It was a surprise birthday trip for him. I wouldn't change a thing. Started off with a couples massage which we both really enjoyed there. Location is in the middle of everything and concierge was very helpful. Complimentary car service was nice too. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean with a delightful atmosphere. The bed and pillows was top notch along with fresh food. All staff was genuine with their compassion and friendliness. Complimentary bottle of champagne and birthday card was a beautiful surprise delivered to our room. You won't regret staying here as the whole experience was great and never heard not one complaint from anyone, in fact everyone we came across stated they didn't want to leave and honestly neither did we! Enjoy!

I was really looking forward to my trip. First check in time is 4 didn't get my room until after 6.. then when getting into my room it was the wrong one!!! Was NEVER informed that the room I had reserved was not available... so to apologize for the mistake they gave me a so call discount and was going to send wine and cheese up to our room..I never received that either... they gave us tokens for drinks at the pool...girl there was rude telling me her tips where not included with the tokens ..make me feel like if I couldn't afford to tip her o.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We were so excited for our family weekend and it was ruined...
