This is a good hotel to stay at if you aren’t on a business trip. It has no business center for printing (although the front desk printed a few documents for me), the breakfast offerings are meager at the café counter and overall it is set up for tourists coming to enjoy Nashville rather than do work in the state capitol buildings, as I was. But the location is good, just around the corner from the venues around Printers Alley. The rooms and the facility overall were nice and I consider the hotel to be a good value. But for a business trip it fell a bit short.

I enjoyed multiple nights here and would definitely stay here again. I did not have to park a car so I can't speak to the valet service or pricing. Staff very kind and friendly, including the cleaning staff. Room was very clean and modern. Location is excellent and walkable to Broadway and all of the museums. One block from Printers Alley with dining options nearby. I didn't care for Ellington's that much, but it's nice to have a dining option in the hotel. Just thought it was overpriced. The Union Teller (bagel shop) was yummy, but be patient as they get busy in the morning. The only thing I didn't care for was the open shower. Whoever is in the room can see you shower. It wouldn't stop me from coming back unless I was sharing a room with someone other than a SO.

Hubby booked a surprise getaway to Nashville for my birthday. The Fairlane is a lovely boutique hotel, about a 10 minute walk from Broadway. We had a beautiful king room with a lovely view. Bathroom was luxurious; bed was super comfortable. A nice touch with free coffee at the Bagel Shop. The front desk clerks are very helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless. Very highly recommend.

Beautiful art deco hotel! The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived before our room was ready so they helped us stow our baggage while we waited. The bagel place attached is good although a little slow. As guests of the hotel, you're allowed a free tea or drip coffee. The gift shop is tiny but has some cool Nashville souvenirs at reasonable prices. We attempted to visit the Christmas pop-up bar but it was way too crowded so we went to Ellington's instead - much less busy and a calmer vibe.
We are very satisfied with our stay at the Fairlane. Our room was upgraded to a suite when all we asked for was a room that faced the hustle & bustle of the streets below. The staff at the Fairlane Hotel was very accommodating with some requests, our questions, and anything else we needed. The suite was very clean and supplied with ample linens. The bagel shop located in the hotel was great! We even purchased bagels to return home with. We will definitely book here again! Thank you, Fairlane Hotel.

Beautiful, very well-maintained hotel. Owen at the front desk was very well spoken and a gentleman. Emily the manager was extremely helpful. This hotel and the people that make it run are the image of Hilton. Thank you everyone for making our stay so welcoming and relaxing.

I cannot say how rude the staff was for our stay this weekend. We walked through the door with an uninterested and rude desk attendant. I had used a digital key to get into my room but left my I.D. In the room when I went down to the lobby. I asked for a key card after explaining what happened and was told absolutely not, it’s Hilton policy that I had to have my ID with me (that was locked in my room) my husband was hours behind me. I had every confirmation email sent to me as well as my Hilton Honors membership number.
That evening was saved by the male bartender who was an angel. Professional, friendly, over accommodating, and kind. We had brought in outside food and he kindly told us they do not let people eat outside food in the restaurant side, however they have a full kitchen available. We apologized and told him we would absolutely be ordering from the hotel restaurant the next evening.

The next day we left the hotel at 6:30am and did not return until 4pm after our baseball games had finished. My husband went down to the restaurant to watch NCAA wrestling finals but was told the restaurant/bar wouldn’t open until 5:00pm. While he was sitting there waiting to order, Hope, the female bartender told him he needed to leave because he didn’t order anything and he couldn’t sit there. He had planned on dinner there… it wasn’t open!?! He left and ordered from elsewhere because of how rude she was. By 6:30 pm the boys were told they have to stay in their rooms and could not walk around the hotel. They had complaints that there was too much noise. 6:30 pm on a Saturday evening. At 8:30pm my son was escorted in an elevator alone with the female front desk while I was checking my laundry and she told me he had to stop running in the halls. Fine. Agreed. I then said they can’t stay in the room for hours, they can hang in the lobby. They said absolutely if they sat quietly. Funny, the night before was rowdy with 40 adults in the lobby and not a word was said to them. I was told they were throwing socks in the pool at 8am… we had been gone from the hotel for 1 1/2 hours by this time. There are multiple teams of multiple sports staying in this hotel. The staff is constantly on their phone with AirPods in and act as if all guests are a burden. They act annoyed when anyone walks up to the desk but when you are given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and 2 towels, chances are you will need to speak to someone.

The crazy thing is, this hotel has a contract with Perfect Game and we were told to stay here. If they cannot handle multiple teams of young kids and a “full house”, they probably shouldn’t keep their contract. I do not appreciate the attitude towards the grown adults paying for this stay nor the accusations against a group of kids who were not even present at the hotel during the time of the event the staff was concerned about and I ESPECIALLY do not like a stranger taking my son alone throughout the hotel as if she had the right to contain him. They were looking for someone to blame and had the wrong group. Unimpressed and extremely disappointed.

Awesome place for a conference or for staying for some R&R. Quiet rooms, are large enough to not be crowded. Bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. Plenty of clean towels. Beds are firm but comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel is better than most. The conference food was also tasty. Pricey if you stay without a special but conference group rates make it a great value.

We stayed here for a volleyball tourney over the weekend and was really impressive with the Hilton at Cool Springs.

Rooms were new and super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our large party in the lobby in the evening and allowed us to bring in outside food.

Didn’t try the restaurant except for coffee.

Gym, rood top patio/pool all looked awesome. Too bad it was too cold to try out.

Highly recommend this hotel and area to stay.

Stayed for a quick work trip. I have to say this is the best Hilton I have stayed in. Extremely clean, new, and beautiful. Staff were friendly and amazing. Really comfortable and nice lobby/bar area. Restaurant had great food and prices. Lounge was lots of fun. The room was outstanding. Lots of cool art. Outstanding Diamond member benefits. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
