I am a Hilton Gold member. We had a great family stay at this hotel. We had multiple family members in town for a wedding. The rooms were spacious and with all necessary amenities. There are coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. The best thing about the hotel is its staff— Zeonna at the front desk is a stand out.

From experience, I agree with the reviews that say each room was missing some small toiletries and soap and shampoo, etc, my floors had not been well vacuumed but were still decently clean. Room was in good condition otherwise and the hotel was quiet. Staff was attentive to the shortcomings and provided a toothbrush for me before I even made it into the room. Other toiletries were also delivered. Ac units blow on you in your sleep keeping you awake and frozen, had to put a chair in front of it to deflect the air flow. Two stars because of the price. Total for a 2 bedroom suite was over 400 with discount. I've been to luxury hotels on the beach for less money. Room had the old hotel mildew that made my allergies go crazy too.

Arrived to a dirty room. The bed was made but the counter, silverware, and couch were not cleaned. The a/c didn’t work, and the place smelled like chicken Pattie’s from the burnt food left in the microwave. The coffee is left out and cold in the afternoon, and the breakfast wasn’t even edible. They promised to clean the room over the weekend and when I returned, they hadn’t touched it. Extremely disappointed, and a little skeeved out.

Negatives are that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. However, the note left by housekeeping said they were clean. Curtains were broken and couldn't close all the way. Food was left in the sink and was not cleaned out. The bathroom had dust and dirt behind the door. What looked like toothpaste was on the shower wall along with hair. Shower head full of mold and mildew. The positives, which were very few, were that the bed was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning was decent. We have been Hilton members for years and were very shocked by all of this for a Hilton stay. We weren't acknowledged for being members and also wasn't asked how our stay was when we checked out. This place needs to be cleaned and updated. Would not recommend this location at all.

So far, the only downside has been my lack of pressure to my shower head. Otherwise it is a nice hotel. A good breakfast in the morning. Had as good of a sleep as one could get away from home. Also, bring your own shower gel or bar of soap. Shampoo was provided, but no shower gel. I usually bring my own most of the times anyway.

We stayed here just for a quick place to sleep during a long road trip. The room was fine but at 6:30 am we were awakened by people playing basketball on the court outside of our room. When we asked the front desk what the rules are she had to ask someone if they even had a basketball court. The attitude from her was much worse than the nice lady that checked us in. We will not be going back.

Kinda dirty bathrooms. Jacuzzi was broken. Very mediocre breakfast. The sausage and hash browns needed an extra 5 minutes on the griddle. Pretty loud location but easy access to the highways.

The last time we stayed in this hotel was 5 years ago. Unfortunately, it seems to have dropped a little and showing its age . The Reception people at the front desk were exceptionally polite and helpful. No complaint here.
The same cannot be said for the personnel in the breakfast area. The young woman who finally did us a favor by taking our order (we were the only people in the very nice breakfast area) was surly and bordered on being rude. The food was rather pedestrian. So as far as breakfast is concerned, anyone staying at this hotel should know that the STARLIGHT DINER is across the street, which has friendly employees who are happy to serve you delightful breakfast and even lunch. (And is my recommendation.)

Worst experience ever, upon arrival their payment process caused an error on their end and they attempted to double charge me. I had to spend over an hour with my wife and 3 yr old in the lobby. I had to fix their issue and spend time calling my bank to return the charge they took on the first attempt so they could manually run my card again even though the transaction went through on my banks end. Finally after an hour and fifteen mins they let my wife and child into the room and their computer was able to take payment properly. At this point I was very frustrated and they offered free breakfast but I already had that through my booking so they offered us some free snacks. Then in the morning I woke up for breakfast to no electricity in the whole hotel. Power was out for 3 hours. Went to get breakfast at 8:30am and they were cleaning it up quickly so I did not even get a good breakfast. The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone since they all lack in making the customer experience a positive experience. Also, upon entering room and checking it the bathtub/shower was dirty and had hair so I had to have them send someone to clean it. They left half a role a toilet paper and no extra toilet paper. Cloths from the last customer was in the drawers. Staff appear under trained and lazy.

In general, it is a nice hotel, however, I was disappointed when I found a dirty towel hanging from the holder as if it was clean; questioning what else was not cleaned or replaced. I was offered to be moved to another room, but besides the inconvenience, my doubt about their cleaning crew will still hold.

We had a wake here in town. Booked this hotel. 100% satisfied. The young lady Emily at the front desk was extremely welcoming. So friendly. Room was spotless. Couldn't be happier. Would and WILL stay here again! 10 Stars!

One of the best Hilton Garden’s I’ve stayed. The hotel lobby is beautiful and well decorated. The bar area s small but very cozy. The shop area is displayed beautifully. Many drink and snack options. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I love soft pillows and I was so happy that they had soft pillows. There are also multiple outlets and mirrors in the room.

The best part of my stay was the service. Everyone I interacted with on the front desk, were super friendly and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming me in and out. My iron didn’t work and I had to contact the front desk for a replacement. They send another iron in about 2 min. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
