Nancy is a great host! The mansion was cozy and decorated festively for autumn. Nice coffee/tea station and treats. Easy on-street parking. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Will definite return soon!
We visited Ocean City Mansion for a Mother and Daughter get away. Our room was very cute and cozy. Nancy is so pleasant and easy to talk to. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk or walk into town to shop and enjoy some of the restaurants. We felt very comfortable and loved our room! Loved chatting with Nancy😊
This place is PHENOMENAL! Initially we were skeptical because the prices are very good with breakfast included and only a short walk from the boardwalk/entertainment, but this place exceeded our expectations. We had to have our check in time adjusted and Nancy was so attentive and took such good care of us that we made this our designated staying-spot next time we come to Ocean City. Breakfast was homemade and so tasty. We loved our room, everything felt so welcoming and comfortable, everything was clean and well equipped with all necessities. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Nancy for being so attentive and taking such good care of us.
We had the absolute best time here! The room was the perfect size/had everything we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach/boardwalk, but on a quiet street so it was still peaceful. Nancy was so kind and made sure we had all we needed. Our favorite part was definitely the home-cooked breakfast served on the porch. We'll 100% visit again!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in June. Nancy was so accommodating to us. We are both vegan, and she offered to make us a different vegan breakfast each morning. They were all so delicious! Definitely stay here if you want to be taken care of. Nancy was the best! Whenever we plan another beach trip to OCNJ, we will definitely stay here.
Great location and a decent hotel with unmatched room tariffs for NJ. Tracy at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She remembered me from an earlier stay 7 months ago and gave offered me a free upgrade. I was really touched. The breakfast is decent with many choices. I just wish they had some gluten-free items too. Nevertheless, I will stay here anytime I'm back in the area.
Overall a good experience. The lobby is updated and modern. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good. Our room wasn't terrible but the couch was actually disgusting. I covered it with the spare blanket for the entirety of our stay.
Always make a point to look for a Hampton Inn whenever we're out of town overnight. Consistent with cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds. In our experience, they keep up with the buildings, never have seen one that was dingy or ratty. Their locations have all been in nice areas, well lit parking. Never have had a bad experience yet from one side of the country to the other.
This hotel is located on a main strip with plenty of different eateries as well a Walmart and grocery store. Also the room was spacious and and clean. I like the capability that the tv had streaming apps and the bed and pillows were phenomenal I had the best rest. Breakfast was very tasty as well
I love Hilton Hotels. However, this experience was not the greatest experience! We reserved 3 rooms @ over $200 a night. No issue there at all. We pay for great service and comfort!!! However, the carpet was so filthy in the general areas. It appeared they had not been shampooed in years. I wanted to take a pic but we always had guest around. I was surprised to see this at a Hilton!!! Our bathroom in each room was filthy and we went to the closest Walmart to buy cleaner and cleaned ourselves. My personal bathroom had urine stains. Were the rooms really cleaned? On top of that, the breakfast was handled in a very unsanitary way. The staff was handling the food, picking up garbage, and handling the trash can with the same gloves! They literally picked the trash can up, swept garbage in the trash can, and then begin to set the bagels, eggs, and other foods. My daughter found a long piece of hair in her bagel. We decided to go to Wawa and partake of their morning breakfast. This hotel has a great staff but they need training in proper handling of food. Maybe they were short staff! I am not sure but handle the food and complete that task, then handle the trash. At $200 a night, the sanitation of the hotel did not match what we had expected nor were use to.
