5 stars across the board! I stayed here a few weeks ago for my friends bachelorette party and this place has amazing service, atmosphere, and attention to detail. The host even made a special batch of gluten free cookies for our friend with allergies. Highly recommend!!!
This is an incredibly beautiful B&B with views from every window. I have not looked at the cottages, but if they are as beautiful as the rooms in the inn, then I would give them a plug as well. The friendly proprietors we very helpful and kind. We will be back to the Collins Inn in the near future.
This place is really cute and well located but unfortunately it is not a bed and breakfast and does not have a "continental breakfast". what they do have is packaged muffins and keurig coffee as well as instant oatmeal. I don't necessarily mind this but I feel like because of that the price was a bit off compared to nearby places and the advertising was kind of false.
We stayed 2 nights. “Breakfast” was a small try of instant oatmeal packages and granola bars left out the entire weekend. They provided zero fresh food and zero service. Sign downstairs in the kitchen just had a phone number to call if we needed anything. It’s fine if they want to take a weekend off but they charged full price and didn’t warn us at all. We payed for a B&B but just got a B.
I cannot give the Collins Inn enough stars! My husband and I recently stayed at the Inn. The atmosphere was so relaxing. We arrived and enjoyed all the wonderful amenities our room offered. We watched the waves come in and the beautiful deer walking around the property from our private balcony. Enjoyed some wine and items from the wine bar down the street and relaxing in the jet tub. We both had the best sleep, with the sliding door open all night, listening to the ocean. I highly recommend a stay here! Kerri Wright
We love the Judith Ann Inn. We stay here every trip to Ocean Shores(2x a year). We always get a one bedroom and its spacious enough for my husband, son and I. Large King size bedroom plus large kitchen with all cooking needs. Bring your own seasonings and Condiments. Large bathroom with lots of towels and basic shampoo and conditioner. Sleeper couch plus a jacuzzi tub right in the livingroom facing the ocean with provided robes. The added kids and family games are a nice touch. A nice balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunset and sunrise. Close to everything. The only thing to keep in mind is the lower level you will NOT have a ocean view and getting to the upper levels are all stairs. No elevators. There's a grassy lawn and sometimes your greeted by the local deer family. The check in is done via website with specific instructions on how to get into your unit. No office on site.
Enjoying a few days here in Ocean Shores Washington while staying at the Judith Ann Inn vacation rental. Everything has been going wonderful. Booked our stay a couple months in advance and communication right up to the day of our check in has been great. All directions and instructions have been clear and concise. With the directions were were able to drive right to the unit, then the directions to enter and setup WiFi worked perfect the first time. When entering the unit was clean and looked maintained. We would definitely return here for future stays and do highly recommend.
My mom and I were going to stay here so she paid for it and then backed out so I took my kids. They flooded her with texts and emails, and she had to forward them to me. There's no office there, so it's kind of hard to deal with anything. Other than that, the room was great! I took three adult boys and we stayed in Abilene, #106, for five nights. We took two cots and the youngest had the couch. I had the bedroom all to myself! Garbage bags would have been nice, after we took the garbage out the first time, there were no more, so we just threw the garbage into the can. If they wanted us to use garbage bags, they should have provided them. The kitchen was very nice, and very large. We didn't use the hot tub so I can't review that. The room was beautiful! Also, fyi, there's no trail to the beach from the facility, so you have to drive there. But the beach at the south end of the peninsula is way better, so if you have to drive, go a little bit farther to a better beach.
The dryer door was broken and taped shut with wet linens inside of it. Dirty hand towels left in the washer. Empty hangers on wall with a sign indicating that there should be bathrobes hanging there. Jetted tub control panel was repaired with tape. Overall the space was pretty dilapidated. Beer cans and other trash in the backyard. Sofa covered with blanket to conceal rips and stains. Local property management refused to address any issues.
Where do I start? We received word while we were on our way that our room wasn't going to be ready so we were switched to a lesser room. Upon arrival, our new room was not ready either. The room was dirty, as housekeeping cleaned the wrong room, which pushed our check-in time back 1.5hrs. The room itself: no view. The fire place didn't work. The wifi didn't work. The screen in the window by the hot tub was cut in 2 places. The paint on the outside balcony was chipped in several places. The hot tub itself did not look attractive. It had tape surrounding the jet button & visibly boarded up in a place that distracted the visual. Customer service was no help whatsoever. The one positive was the sturdiness of the bed frame on an otherwise uncomfortable bed. Do not waste your money. This place is below MID.
