Palm Springs Hotels with a Jacuzzi in the Room

There are currently 29 hotels with a Jacuzzi in the room in Palm Springs, charging around $220-$300 per night, depending on the neighborhood and season.

Palm Springs is known for its boutique hotels, vibrant LGBTQ+ culture, and midcentury modern architecture, popularized when Hollywood celebrities started vacationing here in the 1920s. Many hotels reflect the city’sretro design heritage, so hot tub rooms often feature stylish spa baths and vintage-inspired hot tubs rather than modern whirlpool models.

This guide helps you choose the Palm Springs hotel and neighborhood that matches your hot tub preferences. Our list includes boutique inns, romantic resorts, and spa properties across the Palm Springs area. We also have lists of Jacuzzi stays for nearby cities like San Bernardino and Riverside

What Are the Best Palm Springs Areas for Hot Tub Suite Hotels?

Downtown Palm Springs is the best neighborhood for booking a Jacuzzi hotel if you want to explore the city’s restaurants and bars, which are usually within walking distance. This district has many boutique hotels and romantic inns.

Talavera Palm Springs is a historic boutique hotel offering suites with private Jacuzzis, lush patios, and mountain-view pool areas. The cheapest nightly rate for booking a room there is around $355 on weekdays and $527 on weekends.

The South Palm Springs area is another good choice for a Jacuzzi stay if you want scenic desert views or easy access to Indian Canyons hiking trails. This neighborhood leans more towards larger resort-style hotels, but there are also a few boutique hotels for more intimate getaways.

We have two great hotels in South Palm Springs. First, we have Yara Hotel, a Spanish-style luxury boutique hotel with private spa tubs and a saltwater pool. Booking a weekday stay here is much cheaper at around $216 per night, but weekend stays can get much pricier at roughly $523 per night.

Next is El Noa Noa, a boutique hotel offering in-room private hot tubs and spa services. The nightly rate here is around $203 on weekdays and $259 on weekends.

Which Palm Springs Hotels Offer Unique Hot Tub Features?

Because Palm Springs enjoys over 300 days of sunshine each year, many hotels offer outdoor hot tubs, patios, and rooms with desert views.

About 56% of hot tub hotels in Palm Springs have hot tubs in the bathroom, and most suites offer private hot tubs or spa tubs. About 44% include private hot tub suites, 25% have Jacuzzis, 19% have spa tubs, while the rest include jetted or whirlpool models. Heart-shaped tubs are rare, though Dynasty Suites Redlands offers in-room heart-shaped Jacuzzis.

When Should You Book a Hot Tub Suite in Palm Springs?

Peak tourist season for Palm Springs is from January to April, when daytime temperatures are around 70-85°F – ideal for outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, and golfing. It’s also the time of the year for major events like the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach Festival in April. Hotel bookings are priciest this season, and romantic hot tub  suites and rooms can sell out weeks or even months in advance.

The time to book your hot tub stay in Palm Springs is from late August to early October. Temperatures start cooling slightly around this time of the year, and some hotels may still have discounted rates from the summer season.

February and early March are especially popular for romantic getaways, thanks to mild temperatures and blooming desert wildflowers. However, it’s best to book 1-3 months in advance because this also overlaps with peak season, so suites can sell out quickly.

If you want to save cash, nightly rates on weekdays for Palm Springs hot tub hotels tend to be $70-$90 lower. Most hotels in Palm Springs offer complimentary self-parking, especially outside the downtown area. Resorts may charge $20-$30 per night for parking, while valet service can cost around $40-$50 per day.

What Special Occasion Amenities Are Available in Palm Springs?

Many Palm Springs hotels have special occasion packages, with some also offering romantic add-ons like champagne and spa treatments.

Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage, about 12 miles southeast of downtown Palm Springs, offers Couples Spa Treatments at their highly-acclaimed Sunstone Spa. The spa wellness packages for couples offer various treatments, like a custom gemstone massage, aromatherapy baths, mineral baths, and the Signature Sunstone Massage.

If you want a massage but you also want privacy, Yara Hotel lets you arrange an in-room massage service from the hotel’s trusted local partners.

Choosing the right Jacuzzi hotel in Palm Springs depends on your preferred neighborhood and suite features. Whether you choose downtown for nightlife or South Palm Springs for a quieter atmosphere, Palm Springs has Jacuzzi hotels for different tastes. Use the neighborhood and information above to find the right Palm Springs hotel for you.

A pretty little Boutique Hotel close to everything.
Grounds are beautifully maintained and the water feature in the courtyard along with a fire feature makes for a magical place to hang out at night.
Always a wonderful time at Alcazar!

The alcazar is a rare gem. In a sea (or desert) of places to easily overspend for less than worthy quality, this place is an exception and delivers high value. Beautiful small Spanish style oasis with a surprising number of semi private outdoor spaces. Respectful / quiet pool vibe, nice basic breakfast and coffee service, fresh cold water refill stations and rooms that delivered above 3 star hotel quality. Perfect location and yet quiet for the downtown geography.

Overall this was a great hotel to stay at.

Pros: The location was great, most things are within a 20 minute walk maximum. The pool area was very relaxing and peaceful with a great view of the hills. The hotel was accommodating with early check in and late check out to work with my flights. The tub in my room was very comfortable and relaxing, and the room was clean.

Cons: Breakfast included in the resort fee was very limited, just croissants, orange juice, coffee and tea. The poolside room I had was great during the day, but maintenance started very early (around 7:30) right outside my room, so I couldn't sleep in. TVs only have live TV and very limited on demand, so I wasn't able to watch movies at night like I had planned to.

We stayed at the Alcazar for the week with family and had the best time! This place is so cute and quaint with great customer service. They were very attentive and everyone who works there truly cares about the place and people that stay there. Robert, the manager was amazing and it shows through his staff. We would come back and stay with Alcazar anytime 🙂 10/10

I regret my stay here !The room does not match the advertised photos, presenting as a small, with minimal natural light, with only two small windows near the front door without screens to open the window due to bugs at the end of a hallway. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, and the thermostat malfunctions, causing the unit to continuously emit cold air at a high speed directly at the bed. Additionally, the bathroom floor is improperly sloped, resulting in water accumulation and flooding during showers. The bed is uneven due to wear, impacting comfort. While the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, and the outdoor pool area is well-maintained and nice. Not worth the price paid.

We joined Dive after a 3 night stay at a 5 star hotel (work conference). We didnt have high expectations, as we stayed for a short night while we waited for our flight. Upon arriving, we were met by a host who offered us a menu of light bites and cocktails pool side. This is an adorable quant courtyard style hotel. It was PERFECT. The rooms, private back yard, ambaince, decor, service, and fun! I would hands down pick this over the fancy hotel if we came back. We felt like a part of a community that had known us forever. So comfortable, and enjoyable!

Our stay was amazing! Amenities were perfect - quaint little boutique hotel in Palm Springs....quiet, romantic and a BEAUTIFUL pool...service was amazing as well! Our only complaint was that there was no real food on site but there was enough restaurants near by to fulfill our needs. We will be back!

Dive Palm Springs is the perfect location for a Los Angeles getaway. Each room is tastefully decorated, and the service is nothing short of amazing.

The whole place is literally a vibe. Koi pond, tiled pool, jacuzzi, two fire pits, fountains, hammocks, daybeds, and on-site bartenders. What else do you need ? Food? They got that too! Actually, breakfast is INCLUDED.

10/10 would recommend.

We absolutely adore Dive Palm Springs. It's like an escape to the Mediterranean in the CA desert! The staff are so welcoming, lovely, and accommodating. The location is ideal. There's nothing but praise and compliments we can offer this delightful boutique gem. The small-on-purpose property makes it feel like you have the place to all to yourselves: beautifully curated rooms that are unique, perfectly-styled, and so comfortable, a lush outdoor oasis with a gorgeous pool and garden furniture, and included amenities like coffee and breakfast that put this place in a category all its own. We've been twice now and are committed to returning 3-4 times a year; it's that exceptional. (Including some nighttime photos because it's as incredible at night as it is during the day.)

Every year, for our anniversary, we go to Palm Springs, and our go-to place to stay is Talavera, but we decided to stay at Dive this year and we weren't disappointed.

It's an adult only, beautiful boutique hotel with a French Riviera vibe. We stayed in the Orchard. It's the only room with a private jacuzzi, and it has a three hole putting green, which my hubby loved.

You get a complimentary breakfast, and they serve lunch and drinks. We loved lounging on the beds in the cabanas once the sun went down. The June weather was perfect. Sunny during the day to swim and cool enough to hang out at either of the two firepit areas.

The staff was super accommodating and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here or Talavera. Both are uniquely different, but they both feel like you are swept away into another place and not in the desert.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. Super cozy, few other guests, and the staff was very attentive. Their continental breakfast was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again. Our only complaint was road noise, but that’s because we were looking for a downfall.

However, there are a few things to keep in mind to make sure your experience is safe and enjoyable:

Jacuzzi tubs are usually made from acrylic or fiberglass.

Disclaimer!

Some hotels offer hot tubs only in specific room types.
When booking, make sure to select a room that clearly lists a jetted tub, hot tub, or jacuzzi, and confirm it in the room photos or description.
