I had my bridal shower at The Proctor Mansion Inn and I was blown away by how beautiful everything was. We had a tea party and every detail was perfect. Tammy was incredible at coordinating the event and making sure each and every guest was taken care of. She was very professional, accommodating and very easy to work with. Gatherings by Chef Paul catered the event and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was to work with as well. Would highly recommend The Proctor Mansion Inn for your next event!
We had the best experience at the Proctor Mansion. The staff is so accommodating and helpful. Everyone at the event was saying how much they enjoyed the food and loved the mansion. I could not be happier with how the day turned out. I definitely recommend having an event here.
I just attended a bridal shower at the Proctor Mansion and I'm one of the bridesmaids- Tammy went above and beyond with her service and hospitality for our event! I've been to and helped with so many events at other locations and I have never met a better event coordinator than Tammy. She is SO warm and welcoming and everything was just perfect. Thank you Tammy!
Ms. Hearn runs a fantastic old Historic New England mansion, taking care of everyone's needs. The staff is professional and Micaylie is one of her best workers.
Beautifully restored historic B&B with immaculate rooms, super comfy beds, exceptional service and delicious breakfast made with fresh garden veggies! We will be back and highly recommend as much better alternative to typical hotel.
This place was ALMOST PERFECT. Wonderful staff, a beautiful building and rooms, and quite a location. The ventilation system was very noisy and constant (unless turned completely off, but then no heat!) in my room 202, even when turned low. I accept this in a Marriott, but should be better here.
I booked the classic room through Amex Travel and was promptly upgraded to a Studio, which is their version of a suite. Everything was well-coordinated and efficient and the entire stay from 4/24-4/29 was excellent. Everyone here were friendly and down-to-earth for a place that is on the higher-end in the city. Overall, just a pleasant experience and certainly a place worth coming back to.
One of the finest boutique hotels at which I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. Top service and amenities. Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant Moo on property too.
We have stayed at this property twice and absolutely love it! It's not a large high traffic place to stay. It has a quiet personal feel. The service is outstanding and in an age where going the extra mile to make guests feel at home is hard to find it's alive and well here. The in town driver service is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond. Thank you for another great stay!
My stay was quick but nevertheless magnificent. From the drivers/bell boys, front desk team, room service, and concierge staff it was an incredible experience from beginning to end. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life and the attention to detail at the XV Beacon is second to none. Do yourself the favor, treat yourself, and book here, you will not regret it. Without question, they are in a league of their own.
XV Beacon is my favorite Boston boutique hotel. Service is excellent, staff are fantastic, and the property is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The fire places are lovely and make the rooms cozy and relaxing. The sound system in each room completes the warm atmosphere. The car service is a nice benefit if you need a drop off in-town. MOOO is great and there are so many other wonderful restaurants near by. The location is perfect and there are plenty of activities in walking distance. We have come here for 2 special birthday weekends and the concierge has made that extra special both times. We will be back, for sure.
